They can picket it all they want, but if they try and screw with the services, then the police can step in.. That's the worst part about this: They really can't. And won't. Freedom of Religion is a very important law in this country. No cop wants to be the one to lose their job over something like this. No matter what the WBC people do, they can hide behind their veil of religious freedom. It's pretty much completely up to the people who attend to stop them, and even that won't end well legally. I just hope that before all is said and done, it either goes off without a hitch or several WBC people are put in the hospital. Should you take your little "freedom" and start interfering with the rights of other people, who are also entitled to their freedoms, you can then no longer hide behind said "freedom" excuse me arc, you are born in my generation right???....XD cause its the first time ive heard a member of the military born in our era talk like someone of born in older generations Uh, no...I do have a few years on you, and I actually have an interest in these "freedom loopholes" If I didn't like computers more, I would've been a political science major

0-0Roland Deschain0-0 Still, it's a gray area. You can be certain that no matter what happens, these people are going to pull the "freedom of religion" card. That's a very intimidating card to be played, one that will scare most people off. No matter the case, I just hope that enough metalheads show up to keep these people back so that Dio's friends and family can have a somewhat peaceful service. That's because people miss that aspect of, if they're screwing with your rights, then they're actually not protected by their own. It's fine to say what you want, but when you involve others in what you're saying, then people start to care. That's why anti-government sentiments are so touchy. You're allowed your freedom of speech, but when talking about something like that, you're starting to interfere with other people and their choices, getting involved in politics and such.

Selective enforcement?
Honestly, you just seem to assume the worst of everyone but yourself.
With the way things are now, there aren't even going to be local police where I live, the economy is so bad.
While it may seem like Law Enforcement is selective in what they enforce, they don't have much say in what they do either. I'm sure, if they could have their way, organizations like the WBC wouldn't exist.
but, such is the world we live in.
