Halloween ain't a Catholic holiday buddy, I had school. Note the Halloween/All Saints Day remark. I associate the two because Ol' Hallo's Eve is eve of the saints. The day after Halloween, All Saints Day, is a catholic holiday, and no Sing, you won't get school off for it.
As for your ranting B. Yes, many people have lost the "Values, Truths, and Spirit" of Christmas, but you also must remember that Christmas is a National Holiday in the United States, and that not only do christians celebrate it but so do many other people including Atheists, Jews, Hindus, Buddhists, Muslims, etc. I kind of think it's a little funny that
Some people who try constanly to "Dechristianize" the US still celebrate Christmas calling it a "national festivity". "National Festivity" my a**, it's a christian holiday, i don't mind if you celebrate but at least acknowledge was it is ya know?
(PS: The some remark is made so as not to associate anyone here with such accusations(sp))
