Not unless they actually interfere with the funeral service. They can picket it all they want, but if they try and screw with the services, then the police can step in..

Ooh, I really wish I could make it to California for the 30th.
What part of California? I'm going to assume it's in the south...

Come with me children and follow my way
Into the world of darkness and magic
With all my power, I'll show you the way
To all your dreams, hopes, and illusions.

Not with a lack of Wi-Fi.

My mother sent me a picture of the Domo pin she is going to buy me.

That's the worst part about this: They really can't. And won't. Freedom of Religion is a very important law in this country. No cop wants to be the one to lose their job over something like this. No matter what the WBC people do, they can hide behind their veil of religious freedom. It's pretty much completely up to the people who attend to stop them, and even that won't end well legally. I just hope that before all is said and done, it either goes off without a hitch or several WBC people are put in the hospital.

@Jerz: Sorry, No Trapinch here.

Actually, they can. Legally, they are allowed to because of "freedom of religion". No matter how ******** up this matter is, the police cannot legally do anything about it.

COUGHselectiveenfocementCOUGH

they just want divide and conquer tactics so we dont fight about and protest real issues.

like respecting the privacy and atmosphere of a funeral, of a also religious service. a private one.

you're taking the "feedom of ..." far too seriously...

You can only have said freedom as long as it doesn't infringe of the rights of others. Should you take your little "freedom" and start interfering with the rights of other people, who are also entitled to their freedoms, you can then no longer hide behind said "freedom"
PostPosted: Fri May 21, 2010 2:20 pm

Still, it's a gray area. You can be certain that no matter what happens, these people are going to pull the "freedom of religion" card. That's a very intimidating card to be played, one that will scare most people off.

No matter the case, I just hope that enough metalheads show up to keep these people back so that Dio's friends and family can have a somewhat peaceful service.

Damn, I thought I one...

On that note, though...

Not all the Pokemon I have are listed because Marriland went down when I was updating it.
That is where I get my sprites from.
