*Synge raised her eyebrows in surprise when Ben started running. Her reaction was a little slow, but once she started running she showed that she wasn't a slow runner at all. She could have been a lot faster, but she was out of shape compared to how she used to be. She could have probably beaten Ben to the room if she tried hard enough, but she was laughing most of the way and even more when she watched Ben close the door. She opened the door and walked in behind him, laughing a bit. She went over to her things and found something to swim in, peeking at Ben as he changed.*
I'll win next time, you'll see!
*She smiled and changed into her swimming clothes as well.*

Ben laughed even more as he heard you respond, you certainly weren't slow, he had forgotten that you used to make early runs in the morning before you went home the first time. He was not at all afraid to peak as you changed, he loved looking at you any chance you let him.
Yeah, you probably will haha, I am not all that fast I just got you with the element of surprise. You ready?
Ben offered his hand to you and waited for you to accompany him.

*Synge finished changing and went over to Ben with a smile, taking his hand.*
Yep, I'm ready. You may have surprised me, but I'll get you back in the water.
*She laughed softly and squeezed your hand.*

He put on a look of mock fear and gasps laughing shortly thereafter.
Oh no! I gotta look out! That's okay though, I know your weak spot!
He grinned and kissed your ear before hugging you and kissing you normally. The kiss would have been just soft enough to send a tingle through your system. He takes your hand and leads you in to the pool area. After a quick look around, he notices several of the towels are gone, evidently the place had been getting a lot of use. He grabbed two towels and sat them near the pool. He then waded in and waited for you.
Hmm...looks like lots of people are using the pool and not letting me know so the towels can get washed. Well, good to know it wasn't a waste.

*Synge looked at you with confusion for a moment.*
My weak spot?
*When her ear is kissed she squirms a bit and laughs, and then takes in his soft kiss happily. She smiles at the thought that you really do know how to get a reaction out of her. Of course, she knows how to with you as well. When they get to the pool area she is glad to see they will be alone. She follows you into the water and smiles as the coolness covers her body.*
I guess you should just check to see how things are every day?
*She smiles and kisses your cheek and then swims around you.*

Ben smiles knowingly when you finish kissing, he liked seeing your reaction and he couldn't help but enjoy your laugh. As you are about to swim off he catches you from behind softly
Woah woah! Easy there lover....don't forget...
With that, he slowly lifts your eyepatch off and sticks it near the pool. He was happy at the ease at which he could do this now. Truth be told, he was more used to seeing you without it now than with it. When you swam off, he sighed softly and dunked under the water. He surfaces, spits a little water out and looks at you.
Yeah, I know...in fact...I am kind of feeling out of touch with this place...I will go to sleep and wake up with 5 new people here, 3 of which don't even have rooms. I sometimes feel like I am a horrible innkeeper.

*Synge blinked in confusion when you pulled her back. However, when you lifted off her eyepatch she understood. She nodded, having forgotten all about it. She smiled and then continued to swim around as you went under the water and resurfaced. When she heard your words she turned around and swam over to you, wrapping her arms around your neck as she spoke.*
Don't be silly, you aren't a horrible innkeeper. It is hard to maintain a place like this all on your own. Maybe you should teach Keira or Clever how to give out rooms?

Ben smiled and nodded as you swam off without your patch, in a way, he liked seeing that but in another he wondered if his constant attempts to remove it were making you self conscious. All of these thoughts shattered when you hug him, he relaxed even as he thought about his lack of answers.
When you hug him, he gently caresses your arms and nods.
Yeah...I thought about that but Keira...I don't know..seems kind of irresponsible and Clever...I don't know if she would want that kind of responsibility. Ah, I don't know. I guess it couldn't hurt to ask. The place really does need someone in charge when I am sleeping...
Ben trailed of slightly as he thought about how much more he had been getting tired lately.

Oh I don't know, I'm sure Keira could do it if she wanted to. But yeah, it couldn't hurt to ask at least.
*She nodded when you mentioned needing someone around while you were sleeping. That was very true, and he had been sleeping a lot lately. She kissed your neck softly.*

Ben gets a blank look as he rolls over the thoughts in his head. It is true that Keira had never shown any lack of responsibility that he had seen, he probably would have to talk to her.
Yeah, I think I will talk to her...I just hope that I will be awake when she's able to talk...
Ben swam around you a little, creating a small whirlpool before changing subjects a little.
So.. I met Akito the other day...

*Synge smiled as she watched you swim. It was nice to just hang out with you like this. When you brought up Akito she frowned slightly but as she thought about him, and pictured him in her mind she felt strange. She brought her hand to her eye, covering it for a moment.*

Ben felt a little bad that he had suddenly made the mood sour a little so he swam in and splashed you lightly with an underwater kick.
He didn't really say much...I...um....I think I was a little rude to him. He wouldn't tell me what he wanted to do to you so I was kind of put out...I basically told him that if he ever tried to hurt your or take you away he would pay for it....
At this, Ben sighs a little. He was quite overprotective of you but he couldn't figure out what else he was supposed to do.
I...am sorry...I really suck at talking to people who I worry want to hurt you...

*Synge smiled when you splashed her and she kindly repaid you by flicking a little water at your face. She listened to you talk about Akito and wondered how nervous he must have been around you.*
Was he...nervous?
*She had remembered Hikaru told her that it seemed like Ben was a little mean, but she wasn't there so she wouldn't give it much thought.*

Ben smiles when the water and acts as thought he was trying to dodge but failed. He tensed a little as he heard you pause and then breathed a sigh of relief in his mind that you weren't angry with him for treating your friends the way he had.
Oh yeah...he was really nervous...he also paid a lot of attention to Clever while we are talking...I don't get that...
He comes up behind you and hugs your shoulders, kissing your cheek from behind as well. He treads water to keep the two of you afloat.
I am glad you aren't mad...I don't mean to treat people from your past so mean...I just...don't want you to leave...or be in pain...sometimes that overrides my senses.
