Ol' Two-Face himself has been added to the cast list of The Dark Knight, but only as his civil less crazy self. And playing him is none other than Nick Naylor of Thank You For Smoking, Aaron Eckhart!

Jaeger_Ayers Inque Clay Jaeger_Ayers Roy William Harper Jaeger_Ayers Secretary arrived last week. Netflix recommended it. I need to scrub my brain out with steel wool and Ajax now. Yeah that's a dirty dirty movie...There's the girl completely naked, supposed to be in a love scene, and I'm wondering why in the hell I'm watching. Uhbuhguh HUH?Utterly disturbing movie. Just plain out weird. Between that and videos I've had to watch for the birthing classes I'm amazed I can still even look at a woman naked. sweatdrop I take it you're not an S&M fan.

When it comes to physically damaging the body or making someone sit in the same place for three days and the person urinates on themself rather than disobey the order, no I am not a fan. It just went WAY past being healthy sexual behavior and the movie made it seem like everything was just dandy at the end. Like the characters are normal, just different. Different is fine, but James Spader's character was just abusive at points.

I just burned through the first Book (season) of Avatar: The Last Airbender, and I gotta say, it's pretty good.
It's kind of like Journey to the West (well, in the group dynamic) mixed with some element-laden martial arts, overarcing plots, and more drama/action than comedy.
The only drawback is that it does definitely skew to the younger set (mostly in the SD facial/body expressions), but not to the degree that say, Teen Titans did. And there's animal sidekicks.
But really, who wouldn't want a 10-ton magical flying bison?

Well, it's not exactly in 'our' world, so he usually just goes behind a tree or something I guess.
The martial arts aspect is cool too though. They use real-world arts as the basis for the bending; Tai Chi (Water), Hung Gar (Earth), Northern Shaolin (Fire), and Ba Gua (Air).
Plus the VA cast is pretty talented as well. A lot of familiar voices too, I was suprised.

I didn't think Xiaolin Showdown was very big on martial arts ... is it? I thought it was kind of like DBZ - they talk about fighting prowess, but they don't really show it in the animation.
In any case, Avatar is better in that aspect.

Well, they do have an expert/cosultant on staff to make sure they get it right... but since I know very little about those styles (or most/all styles), I can't tell if they're accurate or not.
Though at the very least, they don't run around calling out their attacks during a fight.

Really? And just when i was gonna start yeeling out what I'm going to do before I do it. I've been working on memorizing all the Japanese terminology just to make it sound really cool.
Oh well, I guess I'm just not cutting edge.

Finally saw the new design for Harley Quinn on The Batman. The actual episode airs on Saturday, but for the most part she looks like an exaggerated version of the original.
This in no way whatsoever means I approve.

This in no way whatsoever means I approve. If it hadn't aired before today, it was leaked to YouTube before that. It's quite good for such an abortion of a show, and hell Paul Dini wrote it.

The "Online degree in Psychology" bit made me giggle. That show seems to be finally finding it's legs a little.
