@Doppelgaanger: My dictonary says that querer has a second defination in a noun masculine that means love, affection. But I guess that amar is used more for love and querer in verb for wish then, right? surprised

Also, I believe that Esperar can be to wish, but I'm a tad sketchy with the details on that, but yeah, I'm pretty sure wuerer would be more for wish. película - film/movie (Spanish)

(Actually, I believe Esperar can mean to wait for, to hope for, or to wish for and Querer can mean to love (a person and such) and to want. Te quiero= I want you/I love you. xD)
