Clouds words were beautiful to her, she had wished to hear something just as sweet so many years ago. She could feel the strong connection between them, though they had never once declared how much they had cared for one another, it was clearly scene in there eyes, and easily felt in there hearts.

He said such a sweet thing, and she had to say something she didn't want to say. As there eyes came to meet, Aerith seemed to freeze up. She more then ever, wanted this to be the happiest moment of her life,too. But the thoughts and memories were making sure that didn't happen..


"I.." She began, her voice in a mere whisper. But before she could continue on to what she was trying to hard to say, Vincent spoke up.

Maybe it was a good thing, it could give her more time. Though she really didn't want to talk about it here, with Vincent and Lucrecia in the same room.

At the mention of his arm, though, her concerns grew. He was hiding something, it was so like him. "...Not important? Are you sure?"

Cloud narrowed his eyes at the mention of Sephiroth. Quickly getting to his feet, he stepped in front of Aerith to face Vincent. His expression was neutral for the moment, tying not to betray his true emotion. Aerith didn't need to see that yet.

"What about him? He's dead too. Or gone, and it doesn't matter anymore."

The spiky haired blond sneered, shaking his head to rid himself of the memories. All he wanted was to have a moment alone with Aerith. If this was a dream, he needed to tell her before he woke up. If not.. he still needed to tell her. He promised himself to reveal how he felt if he ever saw her again by some miracle.

"I'm fine, it's fine. What is it that is so important that you need to tell me now?"

Vincent carefully set Lucrecia aside and stood to face Cloud with his usual cold expression,"Cloud. Don't act ignorant. Sephiroth is alive, and you know it." He glanced back at Lucrecia to steel his resolve,"Cloud, I want you too look around at all the pictures on the wall..."

As he said the last part, he moved to block Yuffie in the kitchen away from Cloud. He wasn't sure how his friend would react to seeing the ninja so friendly with a man that they were all faced against at one point. After all, Vincent hadn't taken it very well himself at first... His hand was kept purposefully away from his weapon, though he wished for a moment that he had left it with Lucrecia.

"Cloud. I met Sephiroth when Yuffie found him, he doesn't remember anything after the Nibelheim incident...So its not the same Sephiroth as before..."

...He chuckled at Yuffie's remark about him living in the bathroom, though at this point he wouldn't mind staying in there forever.

He heard a commotion outside. He rushed out of the bathroom and outside. There was a person that looked and acted just like Sephiroth, but it was a she. She was apparently fighting the real Sephiroth, he had to do something. He saw the gun toting child firing wildly at the female Sephiroth. "Oh dear god..." He crouched close to the ground and placed his hands on the earth. He used another of his custom materia, Terra. Large hands sprung forth from the ground and attempted to grab the female Sephiroth...

(Wait, what?!? Okay, I'll edit then.)

((Yay for moving around sentences and erasing a few words.))

Sephiroth looked at the woman with a severe frown, before turning to his daughters. "Get in the house. Now. And don't come back out unless the house is on fire." He then turned back to his opponent,"You are a strange one, to have such honor."

Kaether, however didn't get a chance to answer, as the sand surged upward at her, causing the woman to launch herself into the sky. She then turned her nodachi point downward as she dove at the man who attacked her,"To the promised land..."

Kaia simply grabbed Sephirea and started toward the house. At least the bad guy from earlier was helping now...

...He smiled, and sank into the ground. He popped out a few yards behind her and created a wall of flame around her. *Why can't I sense her?* he wondered...
