He just shrugged, finishing of the cold meat he was eating. He then sat back and opened up the scroll, studying the lines of runes on the page. He knew he was missing several runes, but he would try to figure these ones first.

Karasi fetched herself an apple, the scroll Khnui held peaking hercuriosity. "If it's not to rude, what is that?" She could not see what was writen on it, but it seemed to hold her friends attention. She ws, after all, still young, and had not learned how to totaly curb her curiosity, not around friends and those she felt okay speaking her mind with.

"It's a scroll I made with the runes from one of the blades that was used against Queen Takara when she was attacked. It is strange because the make and runes are that of my people, but are in a strange sets." He said to her, looking up from the scroll.

THis grabbed her attention. Since she could remember, she had been interested in learning the written languages of other people. "Khnui? Could you teach me your people's rune system?" She knew the ancient writtings of her own peple, and she suspected taht her's and Khnui'speopl were somehow linked in history.

Takara opened her eyes, looking at the colors of the grass and saw that it the sun was getting close to setting. The sun itself was hovering over the horizon, getting ready to begin dip himself and let the moon have her turn showing herself off in the sky. Takara stood up, holding Eveel in her arms as she took a few steps. Only three feet, and she had to stop, dropping back down to her knees. She stared at the grass, her eyelids ready to close on her at that moment. She knew that she needed to move, in her condition she needed to be inside. True there was no longer a wound or poison since all of that had been healed; but her loss of blood was pulling her down.

The queen of Trusar kept her eyes open, not wanting to close them again. She actually didn't want to go back to her room. She was... frightened. To be back in that room, just like she was too terrified to walk in the hall where she and her family had used to live before the event that robbed her of everything. Takara wanted to go to sleep, but the thought of sleeping scared her as well. She didn't want to sleep by herself, even if the little dragon who was purring as he cuddled against her waist was there beside her. Normally she wouldn't mind, but just like the room, the thought of being by herself while sleeping scared her and jolted her awake.

She didn't trust many people. Only Tamuril and Cedric. And, maybe Shin, but not quite. She knew his loyalty, but she found him to be something more of a cute doll; not protection. Yes, Takara had entrusted the two jewels to him, so she did trust him. But she didn't feel safer in his presence. For Cedric, it was what he had done for her. Killing that disgusting b*****d. He had no idea how much that had meant to her, and just seeing him she felt protected. Lastly, there was Tamuril, who she did trust completely. There was that pendant, but was that him? No, it was just an object around his neck; not him. She trusted Tamuril, the most out of anyone, though she doubted that he even knew this....

"Mummy...." Eveel sang to himself as Takara's back remained curled, forcing herself to stay away. He rolled against her legs, obviously trying to comfort her.

"...Eveel...." Takara whispered back, smiling softly to herself as she looked down at the dragon with soft eyes. He looked up, and seeing that warmth in her eyes that had never been there before; his scales turned a pink hue in the center and he let out a deep affectionate purr.

Sentinel was having a hard time keeping his shield of light up around the innocent bystanders. Not all of them were protected and were squashed as the earth and stones killed them. "This man is insane, yet I noticed a glimmer appear before that demon took over," he thought.

"Use the power I gave you to protect and deal judgement upon the guilty," Marduk said to him in his head. " His god, surprisingly, is Tinfil, the god of hope. What an odd combination..."

"Ad Noceum Potent Sumos!" Sentinel bellowed, his eyes shining pure gold, slamming his staff into the ground. The shields of light formed a massive ball of light in the sky, sucking in all the rubble and might beamed onto the injured, healing the most small of wounds.

Then Sentinel fell uncouncious, and the ball of light hovered nearby him.

He looked at Karasi. "Maybe." He said. "Our rune system is quite complicated, and the rune itself is only half the battle. You have to be in touch with the elements, specificially the ones that your dealing with or are trying to manipulate. It is a process that takes several years to be effective with. Even I haven't fully mastered it yet." He said to her.

((Blah, enough fighting. Myth wants to Rp now razz ))

Tamuril stepped onto the one peice of ground that would propell him forward. Luckily though he was able to stop the full thrust of the earth from launching him in the air, although he could not halt all of it. The damage was unnoticable, as all that happened was that Tamuril went about ten feet into the air.

He was beginning to get a little annoyed. It was time to end this, he had to get back to Takara. His eyes spotted the real Cell, so he decided to go after him now. "I grow weary of your constant idiocy, I shall now end this" Compressed rocks came out of the ground, and formed into spikes. They all shot towards the real Cell. Tamuril shot his arm up to the sky, as small sparks of fire emitted from his palm. It erupted suddenly, also making it's way towards Cell. Once the fire had gone near to him, it expanded, comletely surroungding Cell. The spikes that had gone after him hit the fire, than just instantly stopped and hovered there. They were surrounding him in all directions now; Top and all the sides. "Give up now. Once the fire is cut, the spikes will then go after you. The fire will also seal you inside. Last chance to give up." His held his sword up, still keep an eye on the Cell clone. His spikes would have easily enter it by now, so it should be completely useless. "If I'm also attack and lost my concentration one bit, the same thing will happen." Tamuril had used his elemental magic to much, he was beginning to get tired from it, so Cell best act fast, or else the spikes will still continue their path and strike him.

Karasi grinned at the prospect. She was happiest when learning, she always had been, even as a young girl. When other girls her age had been playing with dolls and plaiting flowers into each others hair, she would often be found looking at teh large books in her parents library. The pictures at least, for she could not understand the writting at that age. As she grew older, she would often look for the most chalenging leasons to learn, and would go after the knowledge with the same zeal her friends went after the boys in the village.

Karasi smiled at that memory before bringing herself back to the present. "I am willing to study hard. Would you, please?" The tone of her voice suggested that she would not give up on this, though it was innocent enough.

"I can teach it to you when I'm training you, they will go well together. But you must first concentrate on your current training, which means you should get some rest." He said to her.

Karasi's eye's had been slowly droping, but at that comment, they shot open. "I told you I'm fine. I don't need to sleep." Her voice was stuborn and her jaw set. She did not wish to sleep, when she slept, she saw things she wished to forget. The look on her face was determined, but the look in her eyes was one of fear and pleading. They were her weakness, her eyes, so far as she was concerned. She could not hide her emoeions if you looked into her eyes.

He saw the fear in her eyes. "What are you so afraid of?" He asked her. His eyes held a veil over his emotions, something he had worked on for years. Since his tribe saw it as a sign of weakness in case of capture, so they were trained to keep all thought and emotion hidden from their eyes.

((just posting to prove i haven't left after two posts >.>))

Aega watched still, his hands loosening on his bow as he watched the Knight's earth-fireball burst forth. Perhaps my assistance was not truly needed after all, he mused, as the demon atop a roof seemed to melt away somewhat.
Still, Aega was left without an apartment, and although it was not the first time such things had happened, it was still a relative crushing blow. He deemed it safe to come out in the open now, and finally turned the corner and continued walking towards his destination.

Tamuril dispelled his fire. The spikes turned to dust, and Tamuril steadily walked up to Cell's body. The taint that seemed to be around Cell before had disappeared, but his last words still frightened him a little. Though not much, this man obviously knew nothing of the invention recently created. Tamuril would apply it to him later.

Tamuril picked up Cells' body, and threw it over his shoulder. His eyes glanced over to the person that was approaching him. Who was this guy? Maybe another person that wanted to fight. If this was so, it wouldn't be to good if it were true. This is so because Tamuril wa sin all truth getting a little wearied. He had used his elemental magic to much, but it did prevail in more than one objective. Tamuril had used his elemental magic mostly to avoid melee combat, which may have triggered him to transform. Aega seemed harmless enough, and appeared as if he were comming to aid Tamuril if need be. Aega seemed like a traveller, and since his apartment had been severly damaged, Tamuril guessed he would need a place to stay. " Follow me if you wish for a place to stay." With that said, Tamuril turned around and headed back to the castle.

Tamuril entered the castle, and many opf the nights around noted he was still the same, and without even a scratch. "Sir Tamuril, good to see you return unharmed." Tamuril looked over to the knight that was now bowing, soon others came by Tamuril to see what had happened. "Take this man to the prison, and while you're there add four ether bands on him." The knight's eyes widdened. Four ether bands? This half-demon must have been pretty powerful than.

Tamuril made his way to the private garden as fast as he could. Many of the maids had said Takara was last seen there, and Tamuril knew she might want him there as well. She had just been recently attacked, so she would need protection until she got over it. As he walked up to the door, he jsut opened it slightly. It was jusst enough to have his head pop in to see if she were there. Tamuril, of course, spotted her in the almost exact same spot as before. "Takara, I have taken the man into custody. He is now in prison. I ordered there be four ether bands attached to him." An ether band was something that halted a half-demons transformation. If it were to try and be taken of, the ether band would suck energy out from the bearer of it until that person fell unconscious. When Cell awoke from his slumber, Tamuril would have to ask him some questions. "I hope I wasn't gone for too long."
