He grinned in reply, nodding his head. Ok. He'd be good too, and resist the urge to punt the little blue dragon. Turning to look down the road after the pair of gryphons, he frowned faintly.
"Guess we should go catch up to them before they go too far."
He took a few steps forward before pausing to wait for Kami. There was no real rush - just probably best to not allow them to disappear from sight. Osu would probably manage to cause all hell to break loose the second he wasn't visible. Well, it wouldn't surprise Ieyasu anyway.

Osu shrieked goodnaturedly as Keanu took off. That was cheating, but he could rise to that! Leaping up into the air, he flapped his wings a few times before landing again. Osu's wings weren't capable of the maneoverability that Keanu's were. Nor was he capable of taking off properly within a short distance. So, for now, he retaliated by making leaps up into the air underneath Keanu, aided by an energetic flapping of his own wings.

"Osu's usually too impatient to hide. He'll just cause trouble."

He headed up the road after the Aerandir, the clouds of dust making them easily visible. Not to mention the fact that between them, they were pretty colourful, despite the darkening sky. Glancing up towards the sky, he frowned a little.
"Ah, I guess I really should be heading off home too. It's getting kind of late."

"Of course." Ieyasu grinned. "I'm about the village, more often than not. Just listen out for Osu - you can hear him well before you see him."

Glancing over, he shouted towards Osu, just as Keanu approached Kami.

Having been giving chase to Keanu, Osu paused as he heard shouting from the two guardians. Aww, did they have to go already? He hadn't had enough time to spend with Keanu yet! Chirruping disappointedly, he turned to head back after the other gryphon towards Ieyasu. Oh well. Guess there was always another time.

"Well, it looked like they both got on well" he replied to her comment. "I'm sure we'll see you around again soon." Smiling to her, he turned to head off back to his house. Osu ran up to Keanu, giving him a farewell nudge before moving to trot after Ieyasu. He liked Keanu! He was as much fun as Lucius!

Kiro was starting to get into a routine of sorts. Anything to get him outside, or at least into a place where he might come into contact with people! So, at least once a day, he'd resolved to 'go for a walk'. He didn't know his way around yet by any means, but the island was small enough that he'd usually find his way back without too much trouble.

That was how he stumbled upon Nyxa, seemingly intent on her gardening as he appraoched. He raised a hand in greeting, coming towards her with a smile, his tail weaving behind him gently.

"Hey Nyxa, Luc. How goes things?"

Kiro nodded, still smiling quietly. It was funny, only a little while ago he'd've been blushing and eager to get away. Maybe it had something to do with the more he talked to people the more comfortable he got with them? Who knew, really...

"Yeah, I'm fine. Just wandering around, trying to find my way around." He paused, his ears twitching a little in mild amusement. "Not that there's anyway I could get lost for long. It's a small place, huh?"

He then let his blue gaze drift down to Luc. The Aerandir was cautious, and this was something Kiro could fully identify with. He was certainly cautious enough himself. With a brief smile at Nyxa, hoping she wouldn't mind, he crouched down to be nearer Luc's level, his tail subconsciously curling loosely about his ankle. He held out a hand towards Luc, offering it as a sign of friendship, and also for... sniffing purposes. The other hand rested unthreateningly on his knee, mostly for balence.

"Hey, you're Luc right?" He hesitated with an ear-twitch. "I'm Kiro. I don't know if I've ever introduced myself properly?"

He was nervous, and perhaps it showed past his smile. This was only the second Aerandir he'd been this close to. He really hoped he wouldn't lose a hand from this encounter.

Luc's playful snap made Kiro jump, instantly of the opinion he was going to be minus one hand. But then the creature churred and butted at his hand before he whipped it away. It then prompted a smile from the feline youth. One new friend achieved today, it seemed. He didn't seem as... energetic as Osu... And Kiro had a hard time figuring out if that was a good or bad thing. More likely it was neither.

He glanced up towards Nyxa as she spoke. "Have you been here long?" he asked after she'd finished, curious. He got the impression some of the guardians had been around longer than others. He glanced glanced back at Luc with a smile, but continued addressing Nyxa. "And how did you end up here?"

Kiro allowed himself to concentrate on Luc for a few moments before answering Nyxa's question. He noticed Luc's fascination with his tail, and why not cater to it? He grinned a little as he deliberately twitched it - not the usual nervous or embarassed twitch - but more of a bold "nyaa nyaa - can't catch meeee! blaugh " kind of twitch.

"Me?" he then asked, for a moment forgetting about his tail-twitching antics. "One of the tutors at the university I'm due to go to knows Alyosha. He thought some research outside of school might do me some good." He smiled. "I'm here to take notes I guess."
