Note to all Mods:
In the Hour Glasses, I'd like all the mods to please edit each post adding points to say that they've been added. I realize that this is more tedious than just making a post saying that they were all added, but it's the best way to keep any points to be added multiple times. It's not like you can complain that you can't post multiple times that quickly, because that rule doesn't apply when editing posts.

I was thinking of something...
I mentioned a student message board earlier and everything
but besides that speaking of the inactiveness, what if we started a kind
of update newsletter to let certain members know when certain events
are coming up or new annoucements are made or whatever. Kind a like a PM message system. We make up a mule account( I'll make it and upkeep it if you want) and anyone who wants to "suscribe" to HPGoG's special messages or whatever sends a friend requests to the account... and whenever something needs to be sent to members we send it..
I dunno this is brainstorming here..whatcha think?

Here's two options we can follow.
One..someone can make a thread and everytime they accept a new member, put their names down so that I can send the Welcome PM to them
OR
I just put the Welcome PM here and everyone can send it to the members themselves after they've been accepted. This is for newly accepted members. I just want to make sure I get everyone the letter

I've finally added the other three houses' to the Entrance Hall...
but I haven't added them anywhere else.
As to Icee:
why don't we just give you the password to Adonis?
He can access the Guild Account transactions (like paying the 5gold to join the guild)
That's how I get everyone's join dates in the first place.
And it lists the transactions from the most recent to the oldest.
So you could just make a note to yourself on who stoped PMing at and then the next time you go to the list it will be the same but with whoever has joined since the last time you were there...
I mean, you're a mod now. And all the other mods have his pasword.
(or at least they should...)

However I wanted to tell everyone that I'll be gone for about a week starting Saturday.
Westley is coming up to Washington for a visit (for a week, obviously)
and he had to get his boss to let him have a whole week off,
so I'm not about to thank his efforts to see me by spending all my time on Gaia...
I hope you can all live without me.
There shouldn't really be any huge event-type things while I'm gone, I don't think...

I might get on once or twice, but it's not likely.

Uh.. I think this is where we post any ideas we have for the guild. If it isnt, I'm sorry and I'll put the post in its correct spot. 3nodding But anyways, back to the point. I have an idea of how to keep people in the guild, and posting! We could have monthly drawings, or some such thing, and you automaticly get one ticket in the drawing for being in the guild, and each month where your active you get another ticket in the drawing. So that way, the more active and the longer your in the guild, the more likely you are to win 3nodding
