Azurai silently laughed from within the tree's as he watched Zaid Worked like a charm He thought to himself. It truly was an ingenious idea too if I do so say so myself He added to his thoughts before slipping away to done one of his many disguises.

Falon yawned slightly, blinking his eye's drowsily as he awoke from his nights slumber. As almost always, he'd fallen asleep with books piled around him, one on his face. As he removed the book from his face a small piece of paper fell from it. Gasping in shear horror, Falon was almost ready to scream like a little girl. Had he harmed one of his precious books!?

As he contemplated this, or more precisely ran around frantically, he suddenly noticed the writing upon the page. It wasn't a page from his book as he'd once thought, but a note left for him to find. Reading over the note he collected his books and his vials into a bag and began heading to the tree.

Jason awoke and found himself alone. Suddenly, something happened in his mind and he slowly got up. Looking around, he started to walk disappearing into the woods where he won't be seen for a long time.

((Ya... I'm temporarily leaving the group because of some problems brewing at my home and school. So far, I'm finding it differicult to get online but when I get more time, I'll jump back into the group so don't leave me too far in the dust! lol mrgreen ))

(( Good luck with your problems, may the best result come out ^^ ))

Tori rubbed her eyes open and lifted her hand to her mouth as she yawned. She hadn't had a sleep in that nice of a bed for some while. As she stretched her arms over her head, she noticed the note on her pillow. Tori picked up the note and began reading it. After placing the paper back down, she jumped out of the bed and got ready for the day before heading over to the spot she was instructed to meet at.

Ramiel grumbled noticeably as he waited by the trunk of the forest giant. He didn't like this one bit, especially where they were going next. Would EVERY place be somewhere he'd been before!?

He let out a deep sigh as he noticed the others beginning to arrive.

Dragon boy was starting to grate on her nerves. She'd never meant anyone who was so damned depressing all the time! She flattened her ears against her head and seriously considered moving to a spot a little ways away to get away from his 'woe to everything' attitude. Instead, she opted to try and bear it out, only shifting her position a bit, her large head stayed resting on giant paws, eyes closed, concentrating on trying to doze as she waited for whatever was supposed to happen.

Alwyn arrived at the tree to find Ramiel already there. "you dont look too happy about this quest" she told him as more of a statement then a question but then again he was possibly acing some unknown to her past. no he was facing some past. "was it that painful" she said looking at him certain that her interpretations were correct.

Gia would spot Roe and decided it best to give Roe her thanks. She had come to the conclusion it was her that helped Gia out when she fell unconscious after the battle and couldn’t move. “I would like to thank you for helping me after the battle.” Gia seemed to give a courteous nod to Roe. Gia then looked at Ramiel whom looked highly disturbed to the point that she wanted to say something, but opted against it.

One eye opened and fixed on Gia for a moment before closing and letting out in a grunt of acknowledgement. She shifted position and let out a huff of a sigh, when was this thing supposed to start anyway?

Soon a male elf with a hawk on his shoulder could be spotted walking towards the tree and the male seeming to be talking to the bird. The hawk let out a screech and the man laughed then turned into a outcry when the hawk bit his finger and then hopped off his shoulder to turn into Sintariun.

The two were speaking in elvish but when approaching, Zaid waved and gave a warm greeting and Sintariun managed a hello in mortal speak.

Tori finally arrived at the spot where the note mentioned. She noticed the others were gathering too, so she took a seat on the ground to wait. The air felt somewhat ackward to her with the diffrent emotions from everyone else. Tori quietly yawned and looked down at the ground, keeping her gaze fixed at the grass she was sitting on.

"Nope, not really," he said after she thanked him. He could tell she was rather red, which peaked his curiosity. He was about to comment on it when she made her own comment about the forest being alive again. She had accidentally insulted him but he knew what she meant. The place was rather unpleasant in his opinion as well, he just got his energy back from the place which was a nice help in the battle earlier. "You were talking about the forest, not me. I got that," he said calmly, looking around at the forest and all of it's green plants and trees everywhere. It was much more pleasant than the dead and rotting forest they'd been in earlier. "I am what I am, but I don't consider myself undead," he said, taking a few steps away from her. "Just living a different life," he said while turning around to face her. She'd upset herself more than him, which made him chuckle softly to himself.

((Um..Um...alrighty...Just so everyone knows, I'm not dead...I'm perfectly alive. I've just been on a cruise to Bermuda the past several days and well..now I've been left behind. I have no idea what's been going on so please forgive me for that. I don't have enough time to read the novel that you've left me to read so I'm winging this...yet again. Xaenos promised to help me get caught up so we're just going to write like it's the past for a few posts until I can figure out what the heck is happening. I hope that's alright with everyone. It won't affect any of you at all in anyway so...that's that. Sorry for my random disappearance. And now for a post...))

Liah laughed nervously, still ashamed that she has said something so hurtful. The sun had already set which cast the forest in shadow. Every once in a while a small animal would scurry through the brush around them. A small breeze rustled the leaves above them and chilled her, which caused her to hug the shawl of her dress around her. The dress was becoming a burden. It was much heavier than the clothes she was used to wearing which made it harder for her to move. "How can you be living in a different life when you're in the same world as I am?" She asked him, wondering what exactly he meant.

Sari awoke and sleepily sat up. When she saw the note she immediately became fully awake. They were leaving to find the fire orb. Sari got out of her bed and sighed. This place was so comfortable. “I wandered if my home was anything like this.” She said, looking around the room. Maybe when this quest was said and done she could try to find her home. She had never looked for it before for fear of having children or a husband. She didn’t want to disappoint them by telling them she didn’t remember them. She grabbed her rucksack and left the room, heading for the great oak they had seen yesterday.

((Shouldn't take too long to catch up, then we'll be back on the same time-line as the rest of you all))

Seirei stood for a while in silence, not sure how to answer that question. "Well, I'm partly dead, but I'm not undead. It's hard to explain but I'm still alive in my being partly dead. Probably best not to delve into it," he said, debating about taking a seat on the root she had tripped on when he realized something. She was in a dress and needed someplace to sit down as well. They were near a clearing but he wasn't sure where she wanted to sit. "Um, is there someplace you'd like to sit? We're away from the noise now and it seems like a good time," he said, looking at the root and wondering if that would be enough for her to sit on.
PostPosted: Sat May 24, 2008 10:38 pm

Liah looked around her, not really caring if she got the dress a little messed up. Not like she'd be wearing it again. "I think the clearing would be the best bet. That why the dress won't tangle on the brush." She headed for the clearing and picked a spot which looked the least harmful to her dress. The peaceful night air was calming, making her sigh as she lowered herself carefully to the ground. Her feet hurt from so much walking and standing in the past few days and it felt good to relax. "I'm really glad it's all over." She said, sighing. "It's nice that we don't have to worry about our lives anymore." Frowning, she realized how helpless she'd been in that situation. "I hope the next place has living things..." She muttered, still thinking about the future. "I won't be so helpless and I'll feel more useful." Sighing once more, she noticed that a small white rabbit had come out of a hole not too far away from them. She had that affect on animals, they always seemed to want to investigate her. "Hello, little one." She said soothingly, wondering if it would come closer. It looked at her with large brown eyes and a twitching nose, seeming to make a decision about her. Finally, after a few moments, the rabbit scurried back into her hole and everything was still again. Liah laughed. "Sometimes they're shy."

Seirei followed after her slowly, listening to what she said as he entered the clearing and watched the rabbit. Once it was gone he sat down across from her and responded. "It's better to be relaxed, not constantly watching out for creatures," he said with a sigh, laying back onto the grass and looking into the twilight sky that hid the stars.

"You aren't helpless you know," thinking back to when she was in the fight. "You can fend for yourself when you really try, you just don't know what your doing out there," he said, deciding that though yes she did kill several creatures, throwing her weapon at every opportunity wasn't the most effective fighting technique unless she had others to replace it. "You just need training is all."
