My attention has been firmly planted on Fall of Cybertron. Just recently learned that my preorder bonuses are rather good.

Tanakietsu Apparently there's going to be a big announcement/reveal from LucasArts.
This makes Tana squeal with anticipation. Even if it's a giant let-down I am excited. Granted I am most excited about the ideas of an Elder Scrolls MMO.
But that said... x3! Yeah, the Elder Scrolls MMO has my interest as well. I think that'll be the first pay-for MMO I play, because I've been a huge fan of TES series since 2. EDIT: Also, Torchlight 2 seems to be shaping up well.

I haven't played a video game outside Pokemon in ages. I just get so motionsick with all the 3D stuff, even the new Pokemon games make me a little queasy in certain parts.

I feel so out of touch with the ES fans because I started with Oblivion and everyone I know started before that.
*raises hand* I still play pokemon at my age which most find adequately inappropriate. :3 I hearts it and I am one of the few that actually enjoys each generation in their own right I feel. Everyone's so biased about their pokemon preferences I feel. I like 'em all.

Well, Tana, I think 3/Morrowind is the best entry (though I have yet to play Skyrim due to not having a computer able to run it). It's pretty cheap on Steam, though, like all ES games, it has its glitches.
I got into Pokemon as a kid w/ 1st and 2nd gen. Then I stopped for 3rd and 4th gen. My friend managed to convince me to try out 2nd gen remake, and it was a lot of fun. So, I played 5th gen for a while. Then, my 2nd gen remake and 5th gen were stolen by a roommate, which basically killed off any desire to play Pokemon for a long while. Such, I'll probably be sitting out for B&W 2.

I play Skyrim on my PS3 and enjoy it pretty thoroughly. Though I regret not getting it for PC via steam because of all the awesomeness that Mods supply. Ah well. The glitches don't really bother me much unless one occurs during a quest I favor greatly. I enjoyed Oblivion greatly as well, but have never managed to get my hands on Morrowind. Unfortunately I am one of the kinds of gamers that lacks the ability to appreciate games previous of the ones I start out on in a series. Ergo for the Playstation FF games I love 8-12 but hate 7 because I started with 8 and for some reason I can't appreciate 7's apparent "glorious" genius. Oddly enough I love 1-6 though but they're not the Playstation era FF games. I'm sure if I had started out on a generation that wasn't the first for pokemon I would dislike the first generations as well. *shrug*
What a pooptacular roommate. Stealing video games is a crime which should be punishable with great hazard. 3x<
*big hugs for the Snowman for no reason in particular*

Ah, I see. I know some have trouble w/ that, and I guess I do as well. I started playing games in the 8-bit era, and I really can't think of more than a small of handful of earlier games I like (Pac-Man, Dig-Dug). Yeah, I never found 7 to be as great as all the hype surrounding it. It's a great FF game for sure, but certainly not the best. In my opinion, the best FF would probably be 4, 5, or 6.
Yeah, it was rather a annoying circumstance.
*hugs Tana back* Alas, I will be leaving for college again tomorrow...

Good luck, Snowman and fortunate ventures forward. Hopefully by the time you return to the RPR again I will still be here. Tana is such a fickle member sometimes. :s Never know what life has in store.

Absent Snowman makes me a sad person. crying As long as both Gaia and I exist, you will be welcome here- both of you.
I never enjoyed Pokemon, and have tried several times. Perhaps it was too . . . happy? Of course, pokeporn is nice from time to time. To each their own.

welian I haven't played a video game outside Pokemon in ages. I just get so motionsick with all the 3D stuff, even the new Pokemon games make me a little queasy in certain parts. Portal used to make me queasy and then I figured out it was a double whammy of poor frame rate (cheap embedded graphics card) and my own weird inability to strafe. Now we're all good! Torchlight looks good, Diablo III looks good but I can't decide if I want it for the price. Also Guild Wars 2!!! WANT! Beta event this coming weekend!
