"Is there really nothing you could do for me at a sooner time? You see I'm really pressed for time I-", she stuttered. She was about to open up to this strange elf and she pursed her lips shut. "Is there really nothing?"

Dusk looked over Aria, trying to figure out what to think of this odd fairy child. No, this woman's kind wasn't one to be trusted, but there was something in her eyes that made her just know that she had to try. "I..." Sighing, she glanced at her over the rim of her cup, "Tell me how you want this done, and I'll see what I can do. You can't talk to the boss until they approve, so I apologize for that. But, I might be able to help in some way."
Coming out of the room, Kit wore a pair of cut off shorts, green tank top, and black jacket and sandals. Smiling at Joker, she took his hand, looking as if she was going to the beach instead of a walk in the elvish woods at night. "Ready?"
"Um... I like this basil and bread dip thing. It sounds like something at the Darcano. Um, could I try some of your steak? I'm not really a meat eater, but sometimes I don't mind it..." Kalore blinked, knowing that he was seeming to be picky, but he just didn't know the menu.

Aria looked down at the table, frustrated. "I don't know what you can do for me. I just want to talk to somebody who has some sort of authority. I can't return to the Seelie Court until I have some news that my venture has been successful. And If I don't give them some kind of hopeful news within two days, they will call this Area a lost cause, and hand it over to the Unseelie Fae. But I- I can't lose this place. I just can't. So if you could please...?"

Joker nodded and took her hand, the contact making his go at ease a bit. "Let's go and explore the wild kingdom!" He joked, trying to get back his humor but it was still alittle bit dry.
Monty shook his head. "You could but what do you want to eat? This place is like....Burger King only nicer and with wine." He said, can't believing that he used that as an example. "How would you like the steak?" He liked his with blood on it and sort of cooked but if Kalore didn't like it that way then he would make it differently.

Kalore blinked and thought about it, "Um...still warm...pinkish...but still juicy..." The man glanced at him, "Whatever it is you call that." He looked at the menu, reading the descriptions and then pointing to a dish of sautéed vegetables, "Those." Looking more, he pointed to the bread and basil dip. "And that."
Chuckling, Kit nodded, "I'll just walk around in one of our parks. The place is beautiful at this time of night, ya know?" She led him to a place that had many of the bluish trees and multiple ponds and springs around.
That was something that Dusk knew wouldn't be good. "Hon..." She sighed and finished her coffee. Standing up, she held out her hand, "I can't take you to the boss, but I can take you to the bosses friend. Talk to him, and we'll get this solved. You'll be able to talk to them by tomorrow morning, I'm sure." Dusk didn't know for sure, but if Kyoshi was sleeping, which wouldn't be a surprise, she would just have to wake him up.

"Now," Aria looked up from the table and at Dusk. "You can take me to your bosses friend now?"

Kyoshi for the most part wasn't sleeping. He had gone into the bar to check it out and then came back, writing up papers to let his boss know of the currently new job he took up and making a cake. He was in this huge mood for some cake so he made one and if anyone wanted to say something to him about it then they were going to have to talk to his gun that was on the table with him.
Joker looked around with unmasked awe. "This place is beyond the words I can describe. This is amazing." He said quietly, looking at everything closely.
Monty chuckled and nodded. "As you wish." The demon placed the orders when the waiter came back and before the waiter left, he gave Kalore a good once over and then smiled, walking away. Luckily for that male, Monty didn't catch it.

Kalore caught it and had to hide the grin behind his glass of wine, sipping at it slowly. He figured that it would be bad to flirt seeing as he was with Monty, but Kalore couldn't help but appreciate the looks. He knew his body was hot, but what Kalore didn't realize was that everything about him was. "Thank you, Monty."
Watching him, Kit nodded as she laughed, "It is beautiful, isn't it? I used to come here all the time with Kal when I was a kid." She smiled and looked around, loving the view of everything.
"I don't know for sure, so no promises. But it's better than just sitting here, right?" She shrugged and took the woman's hand. "Now, I'm not gonna show you where he lives, so you're gonna wait here." She held her hand reassuringly though, "But... If you don't wanna wait here, just tell me where you're gonna go so I can find you, okay?" Releasing Aria's hand, Dusk took a sip of some water that she had lying beside her empty cup of coffee. Kyoshi probably wasn't going to like this...

Aria looked around at everyone waiting around at the cafe. Too many people, too many eyes. "At the park, near the fountain. And please, hurry," she murmured. "Thank you, Dusk." Aria said, calling the girl by name before standing. "I'll wait there for you. And I truly appreciate it."

Kyoshi got up to check on the cake and smiled at the smell. It was almost done and he was going to veg out with total delight. No one could possibly mess with his date with that cake.
Joker looked at Kit. "Yeah? This looks like a good place to come for a kid. Alot of space." He said and just was liking this elven world more and more. "Thank you Kit. For this." He said, looking at the trees.
Monty nodded and ordered another glass of wine. He ordered one that was from Italy in the year of 1650. He was a expert on not only weapons but the finer things in life because he used to be alot of things in the past. "Your welcome Kalore." He said.

Dusk smiled at her and nodded, "I'll be back...soon." Leaving the cafe, she made sure that she was out of the fairy's sight before muttering, "I hope." And soon the shadows consumed her and the woman was sitting on the counter. Sniffing the air, Dusk groaned, "Damnitt, you're baking."
Glancing at him, Kit smiled, "It was a great place to come. We used to have these games that we would do, these places that we would magically find one day and then never find again." She laughed, "I loved it here."
There was a soft smile on his lips as Kalore nodded at him, sipping at his first glass of wine. It wasn't that alcohol affected him much, it was just that he didn't know this one as well so he was being careful. "What are you getting?"

Aria left the cafe and began to make her way to the park. She saw people less and less and soon it was long before she saw anyone at all. When she finally arrived at the park, she took her shirt off, and underneath was the traditional dress of the Fae. Regardless of how revealing it was, she was comfortable. She didn't like being so covered up. Her wings extended fully and shimmied.
The night was too quiet. And she tilted her head back, so that she faced the night sky. Slowly, lyrical tunes began to spill from between her lips. Old Fae tunes from the First Songs. With the melodies a certain degree of magic filled the air, and it made waiting that much more bareable.

"I'm getting a medium rare steak with boiled potato lightly herbed and some bread. Nothing special really." He said with a shrug. He hardly came to this place so this was just something he was safe with at the moment.
Kyoshi looked up and nodded. "Hell yeah. You want some?" He asked, taking out the cake and letting it set on the table to cool down. "What's up?"
"Would you tell me about that?" He asked, looking at her from under this hair that decided to fall onto his eyes.

Looking at the man, Kit grinned, "Well, these elvish places are odd, ya know? Sometimes you'll see something in them, get there, and it's gone. But, you walk two steps away, and it's back. Kinda like Princess Cecilia's mother... Kalore told me about her showing up."
Dusk sighed and shook her head, "No... Um, Kyoshi? How much do you know about fairies? Of the Seelie Court?" Biting her lip, Dusk didn't know why she wanted to help so much, but it was just in her blood.
"Ah, ok." Taking another sip, Kalore glanced around, not really knowing what to do now. Sure, he had been on dates before, but not with stoic and scary demons that teased by talking about fitting you into an Iron Maiden... All of his dates were with people that were more childlike and innocent than himself, or with Eri. None of them were like Monty.

Joker nodded and slightly smiled. "Ah yes, the Queen. We saw her when we came for Dusk. It was....Spooky." He said and looked around with curiousity. "And yes, this place sounds odd but amazing. I wouldn't mind living here if outsiders were allowed. Of course, I can understand why outsiders aren't allowed here." He said with a nodded and swung their hands backwards and forwards lightly, in a absentminded gesture.
Kyoshi raised a brow. "What about them? I may have heard about the Seelie Court but not much. The only thing I do know is the history between them and Gambler. Correction, them, their prince and Gambler." He said with distaste in his tone. "I also know about them as individuals but their politics, I could care less." He said and tilted his head to the side. "Why?"
Monty sat back casually with the wine glass, swirling lazily around. "Thank you for coming with me." He said, thinking that he might forget to tell the elf that before the night was out. "I haven't done this in a very long time."
