Truth. Or rp or life. Go go being under-employed and overworked!
Happy third Articx!

Even worse when you are entrenched in both a storyline and system that demand large amounts of your attention. stare

Why is it that so-called 'minorities' are all about pride in their personal ethnic histories, but when a Caucasian decides that a bit of equal pride in his/her own history is worth having . . . suddenly he/she is a bigoted asshat?

I have a lot of German (Prussian really) heritage. No way can I have a "proud to be a German" moment. I just smile whenever Angela Merkell supports green technology and bails out Europe or when Mercedes makes a car with a new safety feature.

Am I proud of my heritage? Yep! Though I'm told that I have Viking ancestors about ten generations or so back.

Prussian/German, French-Canadian, Irish here. My boyfriend is like 100% Polish so I like to think we're resolving our ancestors border disputes. Also, pierogis are amazing.
Also, I love that Scotland video Arcticx! It's on my "To Visit" list.

Since I was complaining about the kitty situation I have here, I thought I'd give you guys an update: We are fostering another lil' kitty (named Coco) and he and Edgar go crazy all day rough housing. Now when I get home from work instead of getting pounced and nommed on I get TWICE THE SNUGGLES! Turned out he just needed a friend to kill some boredom.
