I wouldn't underestimate this character. In some ways, he's stronger than Hirose. I used him before and as a gennin he fought on equal grounds with the akatsuki leader.

Yeah, Luo's the new kage. Just my luck. I kill the Amekage and Mizukage only for them to be replaced with an even bigger a*****e. stare And don't start tripping and say I hate Luo and Huntur, cuz I'm only talking character wise. Huntur and Luo outside their characters are awesome. xd But right now their characters have never liked Hirose from day 1, so now I feel like I've accomplished nothing! crying

I think every time he and Hirose are in the same room, they are not on good standings. It'll be funny for Luo to learn that he's the new Raikage.
