The Hegemon

It's an edit I've been toying around with for a while. I like most of it, but there's something I just can't put my hand on.
It looks really good, but I think you lose a lot of the detail because the whole thing is just so dark - it feels under exposed. I'd suggest just fixing up the levels on it a bit, so that your midrange isn't so dark (leave the black and white where they are but move your modtones slider just a bit toward the black, if you're using Photoshop.)
You also have antialiasing going on around some edges but not on others. If you're going for a Gaia-accurate look, I'd go in and edit out all the AAing and make the edges crisp and hard.

I think certain parts would also benefit from darker selective outlining. Areas like the back of his helmet and the top of his shoulder pads seem a bit lacking in the selout department.
