If you needle their face, one week later they'd just be walking bodies.
Not even sure if they'd be walking so much as laying on the ground, or running into walls and falling over...

Or take a blade to their necks, or a fireball to their bodies, and kill them then and there.

But this way until the necrosis takes their entire body, you can use them for free labor. Hook up a plow infront of them and have a ninja walk infront of them taunting them.
