((Then it is meant to be wielded by angels. It could be doing this all on its own, as far as that goes. I don't know if you noticed the shock conditioning. Doesn't really let her swear or be derogatory... Despite strong desire. She's scared of it now, but of going against it. Electricute a mouse enough times, it learns to behave. On the other hand, it could be because of her history with Pious and the recent distance-possession.))

Erica pointed in the direction of Union city. "Union, probably bombs or something, or some random attack from the AA." She gave a slight shrug. "I think it's rather ludicrous myself, but you know how they can be."

A.C. just looked at her.
"Not. ...Cool." Looking distantly over towards Union, A.C.'s jaw set, and she looked down at Seraphi's sword. Hm... She shoved it into Blitz's hands with a dark grin. "Here. Protect the Shelter. It won't burn you, I swear."
And with a brief parting zap for swearing, the sword let her go.
"Watch die Kinder, ja?" And she with only a quick nod to Unhae and the boy holding the baby, she ran off. As soon as she was far enough away for it not to be obvious, A.C. slipped into kickboxing mode, putting on far more speed than any human should be able to... though a super-speeder would still win a race, she would still beat anyone else. A.C. made it to Union City in record time.

Upon hitting Erica Soltari's hand...The swords flames would wither and dissipate. The blade would begin to change and morph itself into something more comfortable to the wielder, and in engraved letters on the weapon would say. Seraphi's Protection/Miran's Pride" signifying that the user of said weapon would be protected with holy light...and the fiery explosive fighting ability of one certain Battleground gaurdian.

Unhae and the boy holding the baby exchanged a glance and both took a couple steps back from Erica and Blitz. They stared at the two supers with a shared hard look, touched with fear.

The boy noticed too, and opened his mouth to blurt out, "Hey, why'd it change for that lady? It didn't do that for Contact!"

Ayx eyed Erica from a distance, having emerged from between worlds in a burst of flames and the heavy scent of sulfur. The McKinnly in him LOVED the dramatic.
Somthing inside Ayx's composite personality stirred, a sense of familiarity.

Unhae, not as distracted by strange things like shifting swords as the boy, sniffed and sneezed as the rotten egg smell and hid her nose in her shirt as she turned around to see Ayx. Her eyes went wide at the sight. Growing up in a family of supers led to some strange sights, but Ayx was really out there.
((For info, Unhae is a five year old human daughter of supers, and Italian. The boy is the electric-powered son of a human mother, and is also five. He doesn't realize that any more than Unhae has figured out that she's not a super. In his arms is an infant, currently asleep.))

Erica gave a slight shrug, looking down at the changed weapon, then back to Blitz. "It must like me better." She glanced at the children giving them a tolerant look. "No reason for you kids to get scared."
She was unaware of Ayx in the distance.
