Layna took the note from Ceon's hands, and slowly she read it. One again she felt the scream rise, uttering a cry that would raise the hairs on a person's arms. It was like a physical pain, as if someone had shoved the stake through her heart.

Ceon held Layna tightly, a tear rolling down his cheek. He knew the pain that she felt of losing one that was so close to her. Ceon rubbed her arms, whispering, "Everything will be alright. It's going to be okay."

Layna grabbed onto his shirt, keeping herself upright. She felt the etears continue to fall like rain down her cheeks. "I'm sorry.....I'm sorry...." She continued to utter the words, her eyes wide, almost unseeing to her surroundings. She was only comforted by the warmth. The warmth. Who? "Ceon....?" She whsipered, raising her eyes.

"It's ok Layna. You'll be alright. Why don't we get you some place where no one will be staring at us." said, Ceon picking her up and holding her head to his heart.

Layna lowered her head, nodding slightly. She had nearly forgotten that they were where they were. She whimpered softly, trying to stave off anymore tears. She just concentrated on his heartbeat. It had been a long time since she had heard someone else's heartbeat.

Layna felt her head dropin a nod. She was beginning to lull, and wondered how he managed to carry her. Her eyes drooped slightly, and she sighed softly as the last tears slipped past her eyelashes.

Pummel smiled and grabbed Adrians hand, dragging him with her into the restaurant "Here we are, New york's finest" A waiter took them to a table near the front window. With almost feline elegance Pummel sat down on the comfortable chair and looked at Adrian "Take a seat Adrian"

Adrian nodded shakely and sat down, glancing nervously around, "Are thar meant to be so many people?" He asked, wide-eyed. He smiled, and looked at the menu. "This stuff sounds amazin'" Said Adrian in awe, looking at the wide-menu of 'Posh' food. "I cannae decide..." He pondered, looking around. "So, Pummel, how did ye end up crying in the park? Somethin' to do with that Markus clagger?"

Pummels eyes widened slightly and she sighed, biting her lower lip before looking at him with a sad smile " He... He was my mate.. Which seems crazy since I'm a werewolf and he was a bloodsucker, we fought many battles against others because they found our relationship gross.. Markus was hunted by his own race because he loved me.. But things happened and..." She shook her head softly "It doesnt matter, he is dead now and there is really nothing to do about it.. I was sad and ran.. then i was in the park with blood all over me" She tilted her head and started giggling " I think i robbed a pet store and ate all the parrots"

Siyo hobbled to the restaraunt and saw that Pummel and Adrian where having a good time. "Thank god" Siyo smiled as his neck was suddenly grabbed from his previous attacker. "Remember me Siyo". The man holding Siyo in the air one eye white one eye black, "Im going to crush you tiny little head" Siyo was being attacked in Public but people passed by as the man said. "No mortal can see us only Vampires and Werewolves can, and i can't see any"
Siyo let out a bloodcurdiling Yell witch shoock the windows of the resteraunt.

Adrian looked around quickly, he couldn't see anything, he heard the windows rattle though. He jumped at it, looking out quickly, looking around. He didn't see ANYTHING, he looked at Pummel. "Can you smell anything? I definately heard something that time!" He looked around more, desperately trying to find something, he knew it was out there.

" I can smell Siyo.. Where is.." She looked out the window and screeched "What is that THING doing to him!?!" She knocked over her chair " Adrian come with me we have to help him!" She ran towards the restaurant door, several people stared at her and shook their head mumbling things like; "crazy" and "lunatic" but Pummel did not notice, she had seen the pain and fear in Siyos eyes..
She would not let him die..
Not like Markus...
If Siyo died to she didnt know how she would be able to survive..
The girl ran out onto the streets and stared at the creature holding Siyo
" YOU THERE!! LET GO OF HIM RIGHT NOW!!!"
The humans giggled and talked about her but again she didnt listen

Adrian ran after her, shouting at the giggling Humans, and threatening them to shut up. As he got there he didn't giggle like THEM, he had had these moments, he knew what it was like to be ridiculed. He heard her yell, and put his hand on her shoulder, "Who's the clagger hurtin' young Siyo? Who's the wee scunner hurting the wee clagger?" He clenched his fist, and the spikes came from the top of his arm.
