Maokai simply started laughing when Shammy told him she knew who he was “silly Shammy, I was introducing myself to Ren, also have no never seen Rena? She is in our dorm room for quite some time already and is our leader, are you sure you don’t know her?” Maokai was super confused, it has been a few days already since the festival has ended and they all stayed in the same room, maybe she simply forgot her somehow? “yea we both are from team RVEE and we do need to get Rena to actually train or be more social with us I guess…” he remarked before pulling out his bottle and drank almost all of it in one go and tilted his eat as Ren mentioned his training “oh really? I pretty much am in the same situation as you! Just instead of not using my arms enough that’s all I’m using really, kicks are weird for me other than running” he chuckled innocently, maybe he should also work on that. Shamilla had been avoiding her teammates up until this point, though not intentionally. She had gotten up early in the morning for her daily walk and haven't seen much of them. She had been trying to get things off her mind every morning, and the perseverance of her rapid and almost obsessive thoughts have been overwhelming her as of late. It had only been a few days since the festival, and trouble already seemed like it was brewing, despite the fact that it was simply beneath the surface. She hadn't been able to fully meet and introduce herself to Rena either, although she had seen glimpses of her in dorm. She did not understand her own behavior about the way she was acting with them. Almost as if she was avoiding the plague, but only because she didn't want to draw the plague in their direction. These people are who she was assigned to and needed to get along with, but somehow the run-in with the bruiser back at the festival had made her feel like something was off about the campus for the past few days. Unbeknownst to her, a group of the same faunus of her kind lived and thrived behind Beacon's walls, and maybe this was the hidden fact that, although had escaped her, was still bothering her up until a certain point. But she shrugged off her silent worries and concerns for the time being. And looked at Maokai and Ren smoothly with just a slightly troubled glance to her side to indicate that something had been indeed been bothering her, triggered by Maokai's question. "I have seen her, but I haven't gotten around to intruding myself to her directly. Though I do have her and everyone's numbers, I just don't want to bother others with my worries for the time being."
It sounded like she was making excuses, but she really just didn't want to tell them what's bothering her, or more like she didn't want to admit something was bothering her when she couldn't even prove anything at this point. Shamilla was aware that her kind were hunted here in Vale. Just being able to hide her true identity was already a struggle. She could only hope that the people they ran into the festival had no clue of who Shamilla was. If they did, it could potentially spell certain doom for her in the long run. She couldn't afford to make any mistakes, couldn't afford to be so chummy with her supposed team when they have no clue about what was going through her mind. And right now, her mind had been in shambles with all the things that have been going through her brain. How was she supposed to keep up this false identity when she could barely keep her wits about her? She needed to relax and just let things flow. If they ask for anything about her, then she'll have to either lie or pretend she was someone else, and as much of this motioned course of action wasn't supposed to bother her, it rather toyed with her mindset to some degree. She took a deep breath and sighed, almost defeated at the idea that she had to fake her identity in order to continue living her life. But to the the other two, she just seemed a bit tired. There was so much going on with Shamilla at the moment. She just couldn't tell anyone what's been going on with her; she never could, and would never start now.
But when her reality was as dark as the moon, and as equally covered in shades and shadows when the light couldn't penetrate through it, she could only cast a light that can drive away the darkness. She supposed it was the price she had to pay for her identity as an exile. And though she could barely remember the things that unfolded a long time ago, she must make a new identity for herself, even when her old one was nagging the back of her head. She would not yield to pressure, she had to stay strong despite all the things that could go wrong. She looked at Maokai and Ren as such thoughts ran through her mind. Perhaps she needed to actually just indulge in the life of the school and get to know everyone? But perhaps that's what she feared, that she couldn't get to know anyone without letting others know who she is in return. Afterall, socializing is a two-way road. One cannot exist without the other going in the other direction. Must she hide who she is for the rest of her life? Her thoughts faltered at this idea. But, if that's what it took to see a new day, then that's what she'll resolve herself to do. "So, anyone up for breakfast?" She chimed in casually after they looked like they were about to ask her what was going on with her. "What? You two looked like you've seen a ghost. I'm a tad bit hungry, is all..." She said as she looked back and forth between the two.
Ren looked between the two as Maokai pointed out that Shammy hasn't met Rena at all, causing Ren to chuckle as he walked over with a gloved hand and patted Shammy's shoulder once after speaking. "Well I'll warn you now. Make sure to never let her touch you with any bare body part against your bare body. She has a Semblance like mine that if we were to make skin contact, we unfortunately create a feeling similar to narcotics and liquor. My semblance is the latter half." He told Shamilla with a smile before he heard that Maokai was also from Team RVEE and nodded his head while he spoke about Rena actually needing to train or be more social. "Don't take this the wrong way, but it's a miracle she even got accepted in the first place. But her socializing ends up taking the Bunny Fauni we are and kind of..... getting to know people more personally than normal." He told Maokai as he shook his head as he placed his left hand on his left hip. "Oh?" Ren started as he heard Maokai about being in the same situation before he chuckled heartily. "Let me tell you one thing about kicks then, when you strike with your leg you have to treat it as if you're taking a step." He told Maokai while walking past him to have his back to the duo. "Like. THIS!" With his words, he struck fast with his left leg, a wide high swinging kick, his right leg pivoting as he barely moved before swinging it back swiftly, leaving behind a trail of his colored greave before her pivoted his foot again and capping his demonstration with a highspeed sweep, kicking the grass into the air around him. "You can't just use one leg for a good kick, you have to use both legs for every kick you do as one helps with adjusting and balancing while the other actually strikes." He told Maokai with a smile before Shamilla broke out of her thinking state, causing Ren to jump before he chuckled a bit while looking at her. "Breakfast sounds good, I don't know if the Cafeteria is open yet though." He told Shamilla with a soft chuckle. "I do know a good place in Vale we could go to for a quick morning breakfast fast!"

“oh… I see” Maokai started to feel a little uneasy as Ren explained their Bunny Fauni and how they usually get to know people more personally at least it’s not like Shark Fauni… so far every shark I know loses control at the smell of blood at one point’ he shook his head from his thought, not the time to start getting all depressed here because Ren is showing his moves! “wow! That’s awesome Ren! Thanks for the advice though now I feel like I have to give you some as well” he said as he went into a fighting stance and started to quickly send two punches flying and a perfectly executed uppercut, moving his entire upper body with every hit to maximize its damage output and keep him completely balanced “you want to always remember, you can’t just move your hands for your attacks, you have to move your body accordingly. Your shoulders, your torso, they are all super important when fighting with your hands” he would explain with a huge toothy grin, he continued to talk until Shamilla broke out of her little zoning out moment and exclaimed she was hungry followed by Ren telling them a great place for a morning breakfast “oh you do? I honestly wouldn’t mind me some food right about now, lets go!” Post count: 28 Out Of Chomps:
Ren smiled at the two as he heard his stomach growled, it definitely was not a good idea of him to have skipped breakfast this early in the morning. So better now to go eat than later as he watched Maokai demonstrate how to properly deliver a punch. He smiled at the sight before he clapped his gauntlet hands. "Thanks Mao. And no problem, if you're with my sis then I gotta make sure you can protect her because she's kind of bad at protecting herself." He admitted to them before he placed his hands on his hips. "Then what are we waiting for? TO THE CAFETERIA! They got secret menu items!" He shouted before running off, picking up his bottle of water.

Shamilla smiled venerably at the two as they seemed to get along just fine. It was on days like this that she appreciated a a good bash between the two friends. For it was on days like this that she appreciated daily school life more than anyone ever could. Despite the fact that many people seemed to dislike school, Shamilla enjoyed it just fine, since it was one of the things in life that generally kept he entertained. She could help but overhear the playful banter that came across the two as she walked with them and as they turned in the direction of the path that directed them to the cafeteria. Ren was full of tough sunshine as usual, while Maokai was his usual flabbergasted self. Maokai seemed like he was getting into all sorts of ideas in his head too, but seemed to push it away just like she did. Whatever it was, it must have been pretty dark for him to shove away from his sentences like that. But she understood why she never liked to share such things with just anyone; sometimes it was best to never say anything at all and keep it all inside instead of being judged and provoked in return. It was so easy to lie rather than be open about everything.
Strangely enough she kept a very placid face as they walked to the cafeteria, with Shamilla having a very neutral smile as they walked on and as Ren declared the next direction they were taking. The campus had been full of life during the later hours of the day, even during the times that took them late into the evening, but on morning like this she had noticed how somber and quiet everything was, almost like the calm before the storm just before the students flocked to the campus in every direction and with every objective with each of them in mind. The life of the school was very much lively and and active, much more busy than the life she had led in the countryside. But she had absolved to come here and absorb herself into the campus life, even if it meant forsaking her old patterns and routines. Starting today, she would make sure that she would never miss a class like she did today. If she did, she would burn herself on the stake if she must as punishment for her personal transgressions.
Tap. Tap. Tap. The sounds of her cane tapping the ground. It was a lovely day outside. She was so happy to be hosting class outside for once. Students normally didn't care what they smelled like, or how strong their perfume was. For this teacher, it made her distance herself from those students, as it messed with her perception of the world.
Kail could hear the sounds of the fountain. She had asked for a table by the fountain. She didn't know if that janitor was going to mess with her again. She did a sweep of the area by the fountain, until she found the table. She smiled. She had found it. Slithering off of her, Bowie would find a nice sunny spot near Kail. Kail would open up the pack on her side. She had raw dust crystals in smaller bags. She would lay them out based on how she packed them in that bag. First was red, then Dark Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Pale Blue, Cyan, Black/Purple, and then white. If she laid it out correctly that was. Thankfully she got in touch with one of her students before the class began, and they were willing to help. She didn't know where Yui was though.
She would feel a student approach, she smelled of a very crisp flowers. It was lovely, however, her aura seemed troubled. She felt for the girl, having heard what happened in the caves. Why they never let her go on missions, she did not know. Ms. Argenia, thank you so much for helping me today. I hope that today won't be a distraction to your learning the subject." She would put down her 2 skull shaped bags on the ground. The snakes inside seeming to want to stay inside. "The colors of dust should go, red, then Dark Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Pale Blue, Cyan, Black/Purple, and then white." The dust was almost aligned in that order, except that black and purple were on the opposite sides of each other.
Once she felt that there were 9 more people in class, she would smile. "Hello class, my name is Professor Schuer, and today, we will be learning about dust. The goal today is after the lesson, that you will be able to take a crystal of dust, and display either combinations of the elements that they have, or make an effect that I can feel." The students would note that there were no chairs, but the ground seemed to have been cleaned off for them to sit on.

Being a loner student... Was harder to process than to be expected. Sasselia had been aware of the loneliness that could pick up from it, but over the course of the days since the caves, she had been certainly feeling that to heart. For every beat that tried to signify her loneliness, the more her mind was saying this was a logical choice. She failed. She failed miserably. Not even knowing what happened to Tessa at all. Inari and Rosa almost in danger. Who was she kidding, believing she could be a team leader at all? For days she had cried on Tessa, the guilt of having been unable to do anything eating at her, tripping up her psyche on some occasions. Now that class was around the corner, she had to take into consideration she was finally able to take a class she had wanted to since arriving in Beacon. The fact aura class was in store, it was the only thing that had allowed her to pick herself out of bed, get dressed and ready, and to force herself on attending. Aside from that, she had been asked to arrive early to help Professor Schuer out. Any distraction was a welcoming change. Anything to get her mind away from drowning in sorrows. It was why, upon arrival after her readying up for the day, had a welcoming change been nice. Professor Schuer was already there, getting out the dust crystals from the bag. Seeing the colorful dust all set together in their different hues, representing different effects in secrecy unless truly activated.... Sasselia found the property of dust fascinating. Given the many array of different color, one could only imagine had the teacher tried to set this all up on her own, with only the wild guesses as to whether she had set it as intended or not. Truly fortunate to know she could help Kail at least a little bit with this.
Being thanked as soon as she was close enough, Sasselia had respectfully bowed, arising herself back up to her full height, nervously gripping her arm. Finally on approach, she had done all she could to try and relax. The kind consideration being received to Sasselia had helped her to reduce some of that tension with greetings of her own, fessing up a shy smile upon her face. Truly, she appreciated the distraction."I-it is of no trouble professor Scheur. I a-am able to be fortunate to have a chance to see both perspectives of the class, o-one from a viewing standpoint, th-the other from a trying standpoint. Such d-distractions I am most welcoming to i-indulge with." With that having been said, Sass had done into work on following the instruction of the set up, admiring the rainbow organization that was coming out of it. "All set Professor!" Most familiar with a few of the dusts in the forms of bullets she used in combat, to be holding them like this was certainly an odd difference. Interesting regardless. When the others had arrived for the class, she was still standing beside the table, double checking in her head to ensure she had the set up correct. Remembering the order had been very easy, and with assisting, she wanted to fully help and make sure this class went fantastically. Working with dust was dangerous work if one bad step was taken!!! With all on arrival and the instructions given out, Sass had remained by the table, until told otherwise to sit down as well or not, just in case more help was needed. To hear they were learning about dust though as the class topic was exciting! To have a chance to make more potential combos and effects gave this opportunity the more expectations of interest.
█ *NAME ▬ Gravity Entrapment █ *AURA COLOR ▬ Royal Blue █ *DESCRIPTION Sasselia's semblance is a gravity and anti-gravity element by way of glyphs. She is able to flip the gravitational pull within the area of her glyphs to either lift things and allow them to float, or make things heavier, by way of making the gravitational pull increase in weight. It is a perfect semblance for trapping Grimm and enemies, though in order to make the glyphs, she must make physical contact with either her hand or her weapon, which allows her to channel her semblance through her bullets or glaive. When her glyphs are laid onto the battlefield, it takes one post for the glyph to be set: the glyphs white on first appearance. The glyph is activated the moment it turns dark blue in colour. Starting at level 0, she can make up to four glyphs, that are 5 meters (15ft) in diameter. Each level, the number of glyphs she can make, and set are increased but the sizes remain the same. Her glyphs are not invincible, as they can be taken down by humans a level or more stronger than her, or by those who exceed the 600-pound limit. The pressure of weight for each level is shown: - Level 0 - 150lb - Level 1 - 300lb - Level 2 - 450lb - Level 3 - 600lb
█ *LEVEL 0 ▬ (0-99 posts) The glyphs are a diameter 15ft wide.(5 meters)
Sasselia is able to lay out four traps that last for four posts, unless broken early on. There is a two post cool down once all her glyphs have been fired out. She cannot shoot out all glyphs in one go, but able to fire up to half the number of glyphs at a time.
The glyphs can either: Gravity: Bring down 150 lbs worth of pressure onto objects or enemies. (Cannot hold anyone or objects over 150 lbs) Anti-gravity: Lift objects, grimm, or people up to 15 meters up in the air within the circumference. When the semblance count ends, the person in the trap slowly descends near the end of the count. She is able to keep the glyphs apart from each other by up to 20 meters.
█ *DRAWBACKS ▬ Nerve paralysis kickback on a art of her body. It is a rigid type of paralysis that makes her immovable for 2 posts when it kicks in. This takes effect after every semblance usage for two posts. ▬ When using glyphs, she must use her weapon as a beacon, or fire a bullet with her semblance channeled onto it to help her point and aim her glyphs for summoning. ▬ The glyphs cannot be moved when created until level 3. ▬ She cannot move objects exceedingly over 600 pounds. ▬ Her glyphs can be neutralized or destroyed by any enemy exceeding 600 pounds, or by enemies one level above herself. --- Sasselia has to choose the effect on whether there is going to be gravity or antigravity set in the glyph before firing. ------- To break her glyphs, those above her current level can easily use their aura to break the glyph. Those on Sasselia's level or lower, it takes 2 posts of focusing aura to break the effects effects. Those with enhanced, or above average strength in skill have a more high resistance.
╔════════════RENA KIYOKO════════════╗ Rena had busted out her strongest vape pen and hit it about ten minutes before she left for class pretty hard. A joint would have been better, but, apparently, this teacher had an insane sense of smell so, she'd been steering clear of actual weed for the past week since she got the assignment, just to be safe. She'd even hit up a few random people on the way, asking them if they smelled something funny in passing and got shakes of the head in response. Honestly, she wasn't sure what to expect and was a bit anxious. This particular class was the entire reason she was attending. She didn't want to fight, be a bounty hunter, or even fight Grimm. She just wanted to be able to live a life with a pretty girl and not run her off by never being able to have physical contact without her semblance triggering. A bitter thought that didn't really help her current sense of isolation following the disappearance of one of her team and it's dissolution. Just her luck of course. The leader and she ******** it up somehow without knowing how.
As she approached the designated spot, she could see the teacher with some assistant. Racking her brain, she tried to place if the person was another student, but, couldn't really place her. Maybe she was just that. An aide for the visually impaired? Not really wanting to be in close proximity of anyone right now, she stayed close enough to be included underneath a tree, leaning against it. As others filed in, the instructor spoke up, detailing their goal this class. What did this have to do with Aura? Were they supposed to try to combine it's effects with their semblances? As far as she knew, her semblance didn't interact with dust. Not anymore than touching someone, which, she was forbidden to do, and using her semblance and perhaps air or ice dust to make someone lethargic. Honestly, this sounded more like a dust sciences class than an Aura class which kinda dropped her mood even further. She kinda wanted to ask, but, she also kinda wanted to just bail on this if it wasn't going to help her any and didn't really feel like drawing any attention to herself at the moment, so, she held her tongue to see if anyone else would ask first. ╚═════════════TEAM: NONE═════════════╝ PC: 61 OOC:

☜♥☞✿☜♥☞✿☜♥☞✿☜♥☞✿【Ferra Grey】✿☜♥☞✿☜♥☞✿☜♥☞✿☜♥☞
Ferra had been up for a while, running around outside and climbing...and occasionally falling from...trees. Not doing much in particular really, she was just naturally hyper and spontaneously ran around at times because she just needed to move around. Her hair was tousled, a couple twigs and leaves scattered about it and her hands and dress had dirt on them, though, she wasn't really dirty, just scruffy from messing about outside. She had her backpack on with an assortment of baked goodies to munch on while in class, meanwhile, a sweet bun was firmly held in her mouth as her scroll buzzed, signaling her it was time for her class. Without breaking stride, she veered off from what she was doing and ran full-speed over to the meeting area, her tail flailing about erratically and poofed up from her excitement and her current daunting amount of energy. Seeing only a couple students around at first, she began to just run around in the local area, waiting for the rest to arrive. As the teacher spoke, she snapped off to the side to head back, tumbling a bit at the sudden attempt to change direction and bolted back over, skidding to a stop.
Somehow, the energetic furball had, miraculously, managed to avoid soiling or dropping the sweet bun or crushing the contents of her bag. As she took her seat in the grass, she pulled out some hand wipes and cleaned the grit and grime from her hands before beginning to promptly nibble at the, apparently, physics-defying pastry she'd had in her mouth. As she nibbled, she listened to what the teacher said they were supposed to do, her head cocking to the side, little ears atop her head twitching curiously. She was a capable fighter, but, this little fuzzball wasn't exactly the brightest bulb in the drawer and had no clue what it meant. She lifted her hand and waved it around with an energy that seemed almost realistically possible to simply fling the limb from her torso. "Miss Snake? Ferra doesn't understand." ☜♥☞✿☜♥☞✿☜♥☞✿☜♥☞✿【TEAM NSFF】✿☜♥☞✿☜♥☞✿☜♥☞✿☜♥☞ Post Count: 18 OOC:

He was not quite sure what to expect for such a class; thus far he had only taken survival class which proved to be a full on melee against grimm, and history class which had turned more into community service. Not that he minded either scenario in the slightest; it was just two extremes so he had no clue what to expect for this class. It was aura, so he was leaning to less of fight for your life like the class with Professor Anderson had been, but one could never be sure. Without a message to specify the class, Chase would go for a mixed loadout. He would don the school uniform, as this was a class so he did not want to go against dress code, and took his weapons with him; namely the burial blade and repeating pistol along with some ammunition. He had attempted to get dust from the school, but was told it was not approved for this class. 'Maybe it shall be a less combat focused class?' he would wonder before returning to the dorm. He at least could let his team know ahead of time that they could not acquire dust for the class itself. It did not help he did not know much about the professor, save that she was blind from what he heard. Though there had also been rumors that she not truly blind since at some moments she could look right at a student. 'I guess we shall see for ourselves,' he thought quietly as he got some food for himself and his hound.
The rest of team Respect would find Chase ready by the time most of them awoke, unless they also woke up far too early, and with Hound finishing off breakfast. Given he had left his hound out on their mission, probably for the better given how it went, he had decided he would bring him to class since he was trained well enough. They would already know to expect it though; he had given the Hound a bath the day prior so he would be mostly clean on this day. As clean as you could make an animal before they inevitably dirtied themselves yet again though that was besides the point. So for now the Hound smelled faintly of Aloe...and dog, as usual. Refocusing on the class to come Chase would think of his hound in regards to class. Animals, and all life as he understood it, had aura; albeit weaker. So perhaps this could help for his hound's aura, or so was Chase's line of thought. Once the rest of his team was ready, he would set off with them to class. In a...bright mood as he had an appetite for knowledge and learning. They would join class not long after, Chase primarily quiet unless spoken too with Hound following, along with some of the other students for class. It wouldn't be long before it seemed they had everyone, as the rather diminutive professor would begin. He had not been expecting him to be shorter than him given Professor Anderson was a giant and Headmaster Aurtrox was only slightly shorter than himself. He did not let it show, not that it mattered he supposed, that he was surprised by it. She would introduce herself as Professor Schuer, and that they would be learning about dust? It was an unexpected topic for class, to Chase at the least, but he was curious nonetheless. He knew the combat applications of it, so he wondered what would be gone over in regards to it. As she continued, he tilted his head slightly. 'We need only make her feel an effect or combine them?' he pondered quietly. He knew the common combinations of steam dust though he had admittedly not experimented too much past it. This likely explained whey they couldn't bring their own if she had something particular in mind. He was unsure to her lesson plan as regular fire dust made you feel the heat when near it. Unless she had meant to feel the combination of the two, which then reminded him of the rumor's she was blind so he was not sure how she would be aware of a 'display' of it. He hoped she would specify later as the class went on. He had no questions he wished to voice for the moment at least; he would just look to his team in case they had any or wanted to converse before looking back to the professor to see exactly what they'd be doing; randomly combining dust seemed particularly dangerous as his mind was already trying to think of what could be the possible results of certain combinations. Chase would also notice that there was no formal seating save the ground seeming cleaned off, but he preferred to stand for the time being.
Rσϙ Oυɾɾσƙ was anything but normal. In fact, anyone who knew him would know that something was terribly off. He had lost all of his usual spice. His temper was simply nonexistent. His eyes didn't seem to focus on anything, and his focus was turned inward. As if he was intoxicated with some powerful and unknown drug.
This would be an interesting class to say the least.
"Such a beautiful smell..." He whispered to himself as he took a deep breath of the flowering branch he held in his hand. Something he had taken off a tree that morning and couldn't put down. He had even taken it all the way to class.
Kirien was up all night last night to work on some new designs, getting some materials from the weapon's teacher as she soon heard her alarm going off. She had a couple bags under her eyes when she realized what time it was after Ferra was gone as she screamed. "I'm LATE!" She ran into her room, quickly washing up in a nice hot shower, screaming but relaxing now before getting herself nice and dressed and running out of the room swiftly, her feet slamming against the floor as she was swiftly making her way down the stairs and soon she ran out of the dorms. Her mind was rushing as she was thankful she remembered to turn off all of her gear in the lab as she shouted. "S-Sorry! I'm here! I'm here!" She told them with a smile.
Once Kirien had caught up, so did the smell she carried at least in the less offensive scent, her hair smelled of Oranges and her body smelled of both Mint and subtly of motor oil as she was breathing heavily as she looked to their teacher who was being helped by someone. She was about to question it when she saw Ferra who had attended and was the first of the team. She looked around at the other students as she scooted over to Chase. "Is.... is everything alright with her?" She asked, having never really encountered Professor Scheur before before she spoke and introduced herself, getting her stunned but at attention. "Dust?" She asked outloud, raising an eyebrow before she looked to Ferra as they were told the Goal of today's lesson, getting her to think about what they could have done for the lesson to pass. 'Maybe if I use water and fire at the same time, and combine lightning for a shocking field?' She thought to herself, rubbing her chin as she sat down.
--------- Poppy didn't sleep very well the previous night, she tossed and turned as her nerves got the better of her. Her team were becoming closer, she would probably consider them friends.. although she didn't really know what having a friend felt like, apart from Edward. All of the new emotions she was feeling confused her, she wanted to protect these new friends, but couldn't let her walls down quite yet. Then there was Roq, something had changed in their relationship since their mission, Poppy knew this was something that would have to be addressed, however for the moment she would shake it off and attempt to not look him in the eye at all. "Maybe my voice made them all hate me? she would think to herself, irrational as always.
Poppy did sleep in a little later than Chase, however was also up and ready early. She would spent the morning petting Hound and feeding him treats that she would possibly get into trouble for if she was caught by Chase. As the team gathered their things, Poppy would wait outside, taking in the breeze as she attempted to calm down the chaos going on inside her head.
As they arrived at the class location, Poppy would stay close to Chase. They both made for a funny combination, who would speak first? Although this was true, Poppy couldn't take her attention away from Roq, who was acting extremely different compared to usual. She would flash Chase a look of confusion as she then looked back to Roq, who was interested in a flowering branch he appeared to have a fondness for. "Maybe he's got it for a date later? Maybe they are coming to this class! she thought to herself, which made her accidently knock Chase's arm gently with her hand due to her nerves overcoming her. Poppy would then hold his arm and let go of it, unsure of how to now respond, she wanted the ground to swallow her up, "S-sorry Chase.." she would managed to get out, as someone would approach them both asking Chase a direct question.
Poppy would look at the professor for the class, dust wasn't something she had a lost of experience with, so this would do her some good for sure.

___ Nox spotted Kirien ahead of her as the other girl ran across her path. She had been on her way to the meeting spot for class from the cafeteria. Seeing Kirien run by must mean she had slept in again and possibly that she was running later herself too. She followed after her to make sure she would be there on time. At some point she should probably have a talk to Kirien about her late night build-a-thons. That girl really need some more sleep. When she reached the meeting spot the teacher was present and already had a table set up. There were no chairs or anything one would associate to typical classroom settings, just a clear grassy area. Nox picked out a spot to get settled down in. Picking to sit beside bowie and the snake had picked the nicest patch of warm sunlight to bask in and she wasn't going to pass that area up either. As a bonus it meant she was close to the teacher and her display.
___ Professor Schuer announced what the lesson for the day would be and there was a little stir of discussion. Ferra commented that she didn't understand something while Nox noted that Kirien almost immediately went into a pensive mode. Undoubtedly thinking up what she would do. Nox herself didn't seem to react much. Dust was just sort of her thing. She was bound to it like no one she had ever met was. She'd just have to wait and see what the teacher would say as she got into the lesson and started to elaborate on what she was expecting of them. While it didn't get her thinking about the class and the dust the professor had out on the table it did remind her of the super dust she had made earlier. She really needed to reach out to Yui Loincourt again to continue those experiments. She took out her scroll and created a quick memo on the subject while it was on her mind. Then returned her focus to what would be coming next while slipping the scroll back into her coat pocket.
