Magevn "I need more tea," Ace grumbled. After she got some tea from the kitchen, she walked to a room and sees Brian at a desk. "Hello sir." She meekly greeted before taking a sip. BL, startled, looks up at Ace. "Oh hey. I didn't see you come in. How's the tea?"

"Just lukewarm. I added some ice to cool it down." Ace replied. "It calms my nerves down after finishing some missions. Especially those, from the boss." Her face twitched a bit after saying the last sentence. She immediately recovered and took a seat before placing the tea to a nearby table/desk.

BL nods his head saying, "I know what you mean. But the boss has mentioned that he has special insight that we just can't fully know. So I have to trust that he knows best."

"You mean the hypocrite who acts opposite of Team Aqua's stated interests without any explanation?" Kasumi asked as she came in, followed by Ren. They had just returned from a Training Mission in Unova. "Supposedly all life originally came from the sea, and by creating more aquatic habitats, we are making the world a purer, and better place" Ren answered "Raiding Pacifilog Town if they had something we needed is one thing, but burning the town to the ground? A town that lived in harmony with the sea and that represents everything Team Aqua aims for in their stated mission, seems treasonous." Kasumi looked at Brian "If it were anyone other then Archie that did that, I expect that the rest of Team Aqua would have already dealt with the slime. I see no reason to make that slaughter as worth it." "Special insight" Ren scoffed at that "More like senseless slaughter." clearly Ren and Kasumi thought that Archie had acted inappropriately and betrayed Team Aqua.

All of a sudden, Carvanha does a slight bite at BL. "What was that for?" Carvanha just glares at BL. "Maybe you're right. Archie was doing what needed to be done."
Despite the strong wording, its obvious that there wasn't much conviction in that last phrase as BL sulks to his room, without even a wave goodnight.

Ace knew that what Archie did was absolutely questionable. Even Ren and Katsumi had proved a point. He's doing things his own way; there is nothing that won't stop him from completing his goal. But she had to keep it to herself. If she doesn't tell anyone, no one will know... right?
Ace was silent, hearing the rant that was put it. She watched as Brian had left, possibly returning to his room.
She glanced at the two who were still in the room, and was then had an urged to ask something. She thought for a bit, If they really don't like what's going on, why don't they 'quit'? 'Maddy' appeared in her thought. She looked up, and stare at the two. She was hesitant at first, but the curiosity got the better of her. "If you don't mind me asking... Why did you join Team Aqua in the first place?"

Water is the source of all life, so more water means the world is better, it does make sense, but Pacifilog Town basically represented everything that we're supposed to be aiming towards." "Ren and I want to create a better world for humans and Pokemon"" Kasumi answered "Like in out homeland of Almia, they need to learn to co-exist peacefully, respecting the environment and the Pokemon that live in it. But how is Team Aqua supposed to do that when our own leader acts against our interests in this manner?"

Ren and Kasumi were sitting around in the Common Room of the Aqua Base, pondering a morning Pokemon hunt. They had selected Route 102 because they both wanted a Ralts, and that seemed to be the most logical place to catch them. They had sent a notice over their TADS to see if anyone was awake and wanted to join them, and they were waiting a little while to see if anyone replied.

No one showed up, so Ren and Kasumi called out their Kadabra's annd gave the order to teleport them all to Route 102.
"Kaaaaaaaaaa-daaaaaaaaa-braaaaaaaaaaa" their Kadabra's said in unison, and they were all teleported exactly where they needed to be, Route 102.
Nearby, six Wurmple's were crawling on the ground. "Wurmple's have a split evolution. They are pretty interesting." Kasumi answered as they both recaled their Kadabra's.
Ren nodded "Lets each catch one of those, then go catch our Ralts'."
Ren called out his Linoone, Nidoran♂, and Makuhita, and Kasumi called out her Persian, Nidoran♀, and Torchic.
If anyone showed up, then that was fine, but they couldn't wait around forever.

"Linoone, Nidoran, Makuhita, use Dig" Ren ordered.
"Persian, Payday, Torchic, Flamethrower, Nidoran, Use Dig!" Kasumi ordered.
Torchic and Persian attacked two different Wurmple, pelting them with flame and coins while the other four Pokemon dug their way underground.
Kasumi and Ren each threw a Pokeball at the injured Wurmple and they were drawn inside.

The other four pokemon surfaced underneath the four remaining Wurmple, striking them had and launching them through the air to crash back into the ground unconsious.
The two Pokeballs with the Wurmple's in them were automatically transported to their Pokemon Storage because they had a full party.
Ren recalled his Nidoran♂, and Makuhita, and Kasumi recalled her Persian, Nidoran♀, and Torchic. Ren called out his Kadabra, Treecko, and Bulbasaur, and Kasumi called out her Kadabra, Voltorb, and Pidgey. Ren would have Recalled his Linoone too, but it had taken off again.
"Please, guide us to a couple Ralts." Ren asked the Kadabra's.
"Daaaa-braaaaaaa" Ren's Kadabra said, and then, along with Kasumi's Kadabra, it led them a ways through some trees, and after walking about a half mile they found two Ralts' nearby.
"Kadabra, Pidgey and Voltorb, use Thief" Kasumi ordered
Kadabra, Thief, Treecko, Bulbasaur, Use Mega-Drain!" Ren ordered
While the Pokemon launched their attacks, Ren and Kasumi pulled out their white flutes, and played a couple notes as the two Ralts' were struck. They then held their flutes in one hand and threw Pokeballs, which struck the Ralts' and drew them inside.

Kasumi recalled her Voltorb and Pidgey, and Ren recalled his Treecko and Bulbasaur as the Pokeballs with their Ralts in them were Automatically transferred to storage.
"Nooooon!" Linoone came back, dropping an unused Pokeball near Ren's feet, and he knelt and picked it up "Thank you" he told the Linoone, and then recalled it too.
"Lets return to the base" Ren stated.
Kasumi nodded, and they instructed the Kadabra's to take them hom, and the Kadabra's obeyed.

"Hello!" She greeted.

"Hello!" She greeted. "Greetings, Maddy." Kasumi smiled at her "You seem cheerful today. Are you planning another expedition?" Ren nodded "Hello" he told Maddy.

She peered in the kitchen to see if he was making himself a coffee, but he wasn't there.

"Hmm..." "Looking for Matthias, huh?" Kasumi asked "You two seem to be getting along well lately. That's good, I think." Ren nodded "We ave enough enemies without fighting each other." he was thinking about Archie when he said the word enemies.
