She was eating her breakfast slowly then gave a cute little smile"I wanna be captured, who else could pull off the innocent little girl act here?"She said giggling as she looked at the others her eyes sparkling"I could make her blind after she captures me and then she cannot use her powers, sense she wasn't trained she probably has to see the person don't you think?"

"That's genius Ayumu! I'll try to see if I can tail you if there's any water nearby, then pop out dramatically with my speargun, pulling them into the abyss!" I say playfully. Upon the mentioning of mental sheilding, I start to wonder what languages I know. "Does she know French? I'll totally give her a snobby wine critique, one of the most boring things to read ever!" I say, finishing off my glass of wine.

she smiled and began to eat politely again.

Nekora:
"She does not," Jasmine says. "She knows English and Chinese."

Jade:
A maid rushes over to you.
"Hey, what can I get for you? Don't forget a drink!" she says.
Jasmine looks at you grimly.
"Essentially, the taint begins if you use your magic unnecessarily or if you get too focused on bad feelings or actions," she says. "Excessive violence, showing off, and so on. Vengeance is a common basis for the taint. Once someone is set on vengeance, they go after it relentlessly. Eventually, their undying devotion to that vengeance consumes them, allowing the taint to corrupt their Soul Gem. Other things like shattering peoples' minds for fun, blowing things up when you don't need to, and using magic to get what you want also allow the taint to get to you. It used to be believed that using magic for menial tasks, like cleaning your room or washing windows, would allow the taint in, but it's been proven that this does not because while it is menial, it is productive and does not require an overuse of magic."

Everyone:
"All right, enough of this bait talk," Jasmine says. "We'll deal with that when we get done with breakfast."
She begins eating.

"Does this mean I can breathe underwater without tainting myself? Actually... speaking of underwater, do I still have to worry about the bends when I surface?" I ask, moving over to drink my coffee. I look down in shock when I find that I somehow already managed to finish off my breakfast!

Looking at the maid, I think for a few seconds of what kind of breakfast I wanted. "Can I have a glass of milk, two scrambled eggs, a waffle, and an apple, please?" I ask the maid politely and smile before turning to jasmine. "Wow... sounds very easy to fall to..." I say solemnly.

Nekora:
"You should be able to breathe underwater without risking taint," Jasmine replies. "As for the bends...honestly, I have no idea. I can check with other water-related people, but I don't have that kind of magic, so I never had to learn about it."

Chi:
The maid talking to Jade notices you and grabs your cup to go refill it.

Jade:
"Sure can!" the maid says.
She hurries off to get your order filled, and refill Chi's glass. Jasmine nods.
"Very easy," she says. "One of the first contracts ever offered resulted in the girl going mad with vengeance. She was offered her contract by the first head of the Order, Annabelle. Her desire for vengeance, and Annabelle's decree that no member of the Order is to use their powers for such deeds, caused her to be tainted. In the end, she became the Order's greatest adversary, and personal arch-nemesis of Annabelle herself. The fighting resulted in them killing each other. Neither were able to be revived, as no one arrived in time to save either one. But Annabelle was laid to rest beneath the main castle of the Sanctuary, where the druidic horn that gave her her magic still resides to give us magic. Liliana, however, disappeared forever."

She sniffed still sad about her waffles being gone but then thought about the story she heard"doesn't that mean that Liliana could be alive and still evil?"she said hoping she wasn't just being paranoid, because it was not cute.
