I'd like to have a slightly Taijutsu ish one, but I can't explain them well enough. X.x Maybe one where they cover themselves with extreme amounts of raiton chakra... ( Although it would end up being a Raikami bloodline technique since it would be enough voltage to severely burn a ragular person. ) Plus it would be an A rank technique. Dx Hey, while I'm thinking about it, what is the limit for learning? Is it One A rank, two B rank, or three C rank that a Genin can learn?
I think it's only up to 3 C rank techniques for a Genin. Thats what it used to be.Nope, I changed it a bit ago to give genin more variety. It made sense especially since most genin have a "signature" jutsu or two in their arsenal that they use in dire straits. So yeah, 1 A-rank, 2 B-rank, or 3 C-ranks. How is it overkill? You get one of the three, besides, Sasuke was running around with C rank techniques and A rank techniques when he was just a D rank.

Also, if you go by rank, Sasuke and Naruto are both still D ranks, so neither of them are a good measuring stick for... Anything.

If a bloodline didn't give them that extra edge, we'd have a lot less bloodline applications to go through. Adding to how much they can learn doesn't remove the power gap at all, since bloodline users can still pick from the higher ranks as well.

And if you can deflect three C-ranks with a few D-rank jutsu, I'm sure I could do the same with a few C-ranks against one A-rank. Not to mention once a genin uses that one A-rank that's it, they don't get to turn around and use it again. Just because a genin has one A-rank, it doesn't mean including bloodlines/clans, shinobi professions and shinobi types, that another genin with three C-rank is not capable of fending the attack off. I hate to beat a dead horse, but having that one A-rank comes with a lot of sacrifice. You have to learn it at double the posts, once used you don't have the chakra as a genin to do it again if it doesn't hit its mark, and after its use your chakra pool has been seriously depleted enough to possibly turn what would've been a win to a loss. I believe the roleplayers here are competent enough to know in what situation to use that, and in what situations to not use that. So yes, its drawbacks do in my opinion make it feasible to have.

Sasuke is the most OP character in a anime/manga series ever. And that's including the dudes who never lose ( Ichigo ), or the bad guy that the final battle with him causes the plot to stagnate and the entire series has to be wrapped up before it ends how they wanted it to.

Hey guys..I don't know if anyone really remembers me. i wouldn't think so..anyway..pots has always been tons of fun for me. I've always loved being here and playing as hiniko. But..life..has really been hard recently. I shouldn't complain. I can understand if i get kicked out for not being active. but i just cant be on very much right now..when things are better i would love to be able to come back..I just wanted to apologize for not helping out more than I should have.
