okay, so i've had a few of marilyn monroe's more famous outfits on my avie edit to do list for a while, but being the master procrastinator i am, i've put it off till now. i finally did them today because there's only so long you can be bored and do absolutely nothing.. i present neko filling some verrah famous shoes..



from left to right, the famous dress from the grate scene in the Seven Year Itch, followed by three outfits from Gentlemen Prefer Blondes: a red dress worn by her and Jane Russell in the opening scenes, the pink dress worn during 'diamonds are a girl's best friend', and a black suit with orangey brown blooms on the chest and a little one like a bunny tail behind.. plus hanging ribbons.. and a top hat, that i didn't want to put over the ponytail. that one's also worn in a duet with Jane Russell. the last outfit is from How to Marry a Millionaire. it's a red bathing suit with a matching wrap. heart i luff them all though. whee

so i'm rather proud of these.. i figure when i finally get around to figuring out how to edit curly hair i shall make them fully marilyn, but for now i'll stick with raiding her closet. heart

i also did a rather simple edit of me in the outfit i'll be wearing to my family birthday party a week from sunday.. to be featured in my new temporary birthday sig.. whee

i also have this one i did for my little sister of her in her dress for homecoming, which is tonight. she looks so cute in her dress.. i never went to homecoming, not really one for school spirit, but she's been enjoing all the football games.
