((I'm BAAAA-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACCCCCKKK))
Tal flowed along the corridors, and whenever the support-girter flavored oppurtunity presented itself, tossing out Detonite Limpet Mines, routed to his commsys. in his armor. A NavMap, a gift from the unlocked computer system (it's amazing what a base will do for you when it thinks you're it's commander), and he followed it with precision. On the left side of the corridor, there were various failed experiments etc. Then came one of these rooms in particular, a small hangar. Tal stopped, turned toward it, and rushed in with what could only be described as a Squee of delieght. In this small hangar was the ship Tal had dreamt about. Well not really, but you get the idea. It was sleek. It was Deadly. He found the rear access ramp and boarded it. He hopped from system to system, marvelling at the unbelievable craftsmanship. THen he found the cockpit, and relaxed in the chair. He was going to like this. Then he brought up the schematics, and he flashread them. However, like the room, two words stopped him. They were "Cloaking Device". "Show me," he said, and to his wonder, a holomarker appeared in the air and guided him aft. There, floating in gentle repose, was a crystal. A Stygium Crystal. With a brother in a lock box next to it. He brought up a description of the system in his helm. He read, and marvelled that the sith had been able to stabilize two stygium crystals. Now they belonged to the Angel of Blades. His last ship had been one of the most feared figures in the Echani religion, the
Void Dragon. There was only one other being whose stance could make the Void Dragon tremble, and that was the Oblivion Dragon. That was this ship. This was his
Oblivion Dragon.
Tal stepped off his new ship with reluctance, remote activating it, and sending it hurtling into space, cloaked, to wait for his call. He would exact revenge on the tatters of the fleet in orbit, but not yet. He had work left to do planetside. Unholstering his Rifle, he moved in a graceful stance, weapon at the ready, until he ran near smack into his Jedi companions. "Why hello there!" Tal said with some gusto, "I have procured ourselves an escape ride, a fantastic one at that." "So, how have you fared thus far?"

The
Oblivion Dragon, the second personal craft of Renowned Echani Assassin Tal'dras Seraphim, is quite possibly the deadliest ship in the known universe(of it's size). It was "liberated" from the Sith research world of Tlon Kar during his assault there. It was originally designed to be a victory gift for Darth Imperius for his victory at Yavin IV. When Imperius was defeated the craft was mothballed. It sat in the bowels of the base 'till Tal happened upon it during his spree of destruction. He took to it immidiately, and the ship was his. It has some of the most advanced technology out there (only the best for a Sith Lord). She is incredibly fast for her massive size, using 4 modified Haor Chall SuperNovae engines. When in Dire Straights the pilot can activate an "Afterburner" effect, giving it a temporary boost of speed at the expense of weapon capacitor energy and manueverability (Her engines also feature a directional thrust system, which adds to manueverability capabilities). Her Hyperdrive is a relatively fast 1.2, but not extraordinary. The Manueverability of this somewhat bulky ship is enhanced by an advanced Manuevering Jet system, but she uses a series of gravitic repulsors embedded in her hull to keep up with fighters. She can outmanuever most starfighters, but when you get into lighter fighters and interceptors she must rely on superior firepower. Backing up that firepower is one of the more advanced targeting systems out there. It was customized by Echani of Tal's clan to match his eyes, and they respond best when he is piloting, however, even without him it is still and amazing system, being able to foil the heaviest stealth suite's out there. The firepower itself is as follows: A pair of Tempest LongShot Quadlaser Cannons make up his primary fastfire and longrange capabilities, while a pair of Assault Laser Cannons qualify for closeup, more precise work. For when prey must be taken alive a pair of medium Ion Cannons fills the niche, and a light blaster cannon in a rear turret, along with a mine dispenser discourages any pursuers. The most advanced weapons on her are her Light Turbolasers however. Mounted on the Wingtips, these weapons function not only as a powerful weapon standard, but have a Choke switch installed in them, allowing them to charge for more powerful shots. However, when Tal is using the Turbolasers, the S-Foils must be locked to prevent the recoil from taking them off. And when the S-Foils are locked Tal can only use his warhead launcher in conjunction with the Turbolasers. When Stealth is called for, the
Oblivion has the ultimate tool: A Cloaking Device (See Below). Unfortunately this little toy takes up so much power, one barely has energy left for engines, sensors, and life support, so a lucky shot can blow it's cover fairly easily. Her strong armor may make this not a killing blow, it certainly lets them know Tal is there. When that isn't advisable a normal, if rather powerful, Stealth Suite covers all bases. Powering this, the Sith took a page from Tal's previous ship. It is powered by a AntiMatter/Matter Reactor, with a pair of backups. They are much more powerful than the ones on Tal's previous ship, but can barely keep up with the power needs of this vessel. It has relatively nice accomadations, with several small bunks, and a meditation room, in which Tal practices and keeps his large weapon collection. However this ship has several flaws. 1. She is a massive target, and no amount of manueverability can dodge every shot. 2. She is easily recognizable. Being a Custom Ship, anyone who sees her coming, knows whos coming and can call in big help (CapShip). 3. Her flanks are relatively unprotectected, and any good pilot can angle in on them on such a big ship. Just be careful, because her engines have an omnidirectional thrust system, allowing him to Shelton Slide. Truly this is a deadly ship, and if it's coming for you...RUN!
Cloaking Device: The
Dragon's cloak is a modified Stygium Crystal cloaker. The techs on Tlon Kar figured out how to make a much more stable isotope of the Stygium Crystal. Unfortunately, there were only three left, and one was destroyed in the process. The only two "fixed" Stygium crystals in existence are now comfortably in Tal's possession. The Cloak is a power hog, and one cannot do anything but fly while under it, negating most of it's advantage. It is not double blind, and sensors can still function while under it's influence. It is an amazing piece of machinery...
