"Yeah. Home is where the heart is, as mother always said..." Yeah. all of one freaking time, the one time you saw her before... Before... He shut that train of thought down quickly, and forced a smile. He nodded, and looked back to the window, the full moon now high in the sky. "You know... I used to look up at that, and imagine... What it must be like, all the way out there." He sighed, and leaned back a bit. "A child's dream, going to the moon. But, one can't help but gaze with wonder... Especially on a night like this."

Dystra watched him leaning her head on her hand. There was so much more to him then she could have ever imagined. It was going to be a while before she would be able to understand him. She thought for a moment as he commented on the clear sky, "Yes, sometimes I sit out on my balcony and just enjoy the view." She said with a small smile.

He sighed again, allowing the silence to fall. It wasn't the awkward silence he was used to, it was more peaceful. He could still hear pretty much every noise in the house, down to the tiniest creak and the beating of the inhabitants' very hearts. Even in silence, Chris had plenty of noise to focus on. Which he loved, of course. Nature's music was his favorite tune, as much as he loved human music and all that good stuff. He leaned back against the wall, shadows falling across him as candles behind him went out and faded from existence. A darker spot in his already dimly lit room.

Dystra leaned back in the chair she was sitting in. She watched him for several minutes, he seemed so....peaceful. She couldn't help but let a small smile creep across her face. After a few moments, she had thought he fell asleep. She stood up and wrapped her robe tighter around her. She smiled a little, "I guess I'll be going." she whispered incase he was still awake.

"Good night," Chris whispered in return, giving a slight nod. He closed his eyes, and laid on his bed, smiling. Perhaps, tonight he would sleep. And maybe tomorrow would be a better day. A new start. A second chance... To have a family. With that final thought leaving him smiling and hopeful, Chris fell asleep.

Dystra smiled once more then left the room, closing the door softly behind her, so as to not wake him. She walked back to her room and now satisfied with the day, she was able to lay in her bed and soundly fall asleep.

---Next Morning---
Yuki and Yasuo woke up. They went down stairs to wait till Chris and Dystra woke up. "I'm going to make some coffee. You just sit there ok Yuki." He said. "Ok" She sat down on the couch. Yasuo walked in the kitchen and started to make coffee.

Chris, as usual, woke from a nightmare. This time, he had been tied to a medieval stretcher, and was slowly being ripped apart, wings first. Where his brain got these images from, and why it tortured him with them, was beyond him. But, he shook it off, stretched, yawned, and all that good morning stuff, before heading downstairs.

Dystra woke up to the sun shining in her face. She groaned then stood up and walked to her bathroom. She took a shower then got changed into her normal attire. She walked downstairs and smiled at Yuki as she sat on the couch, "How'd you sleep dear?" she asked before she saw Chris coming downstairs. She smiled up at him and nodded Good morning.

"She slept good, so did I and I made some coffee." He said comeing in the living room. He took a drink. "How did you sleep?"

Chris returned the nod, then looked around. Coffee wasn't the thing for him, it was all... Weird. He didn't like it. Not even the smell, but since the house already reeked of it... There wasn't much he could do about that. With an inaudible sigh, Chris sat on a chair across from the couch.

Dystra looked up at Yasuo, "I slept well thank you. And it is an even better morning now that Coffee is made." she said walking to the kitchen.

"Good morning to you two, as well," Chris said, his voice a little distance as he nodded to the space between Yasuo and Yuki. His eyes were stuck on a spot on the wall between them, although there was nothing there to actually focus on aside from blank wall. It was still early in the morning, and Chris was trying to make his wings stop aching from his nightmare. Focus wasn't going to be attained until sometime after breakfast.

Dystra smiled over her shoulder at Yasuo. "Morning." she said as she picked up her cup of coffee. She looked through the door way, as she leaned on the counter, back at Chris. It looked like something was on his mind. She didn't ask though, she looked back at Yasuo, "Have any plans you would like to do today?" she asked him, taking a sip of coffee.
