How about Corrupt a Wish?
Someone makes a wish, and the person below grants the wish, but in a terrible way. Then they make a wish of their own for the person below to corrupt.
Example
"I wish I had a sandwich."
"Granted but it's a sandwich full of kitty litter. I wish I was taller"
"Granted, but then all your pants are high water. I wish..."
Or we could play Would You Rather.
The first person gives a would you rather question, then the person below answers the question and gives another would you rather question.
Example
"Would you rather kiss a shark or a lama?"
"Shark, the lama would spit on me. Would you rather Box a kangaroo, or wrestle a bear?"
"Wrestle a bear. Would you rather ..." ...but a dream within a dream?
