A letter was dropped off on Luo's desk from one of the secretaries in his office. The corner of the parchment read 'Kirigakure Hot Springs.' When Luo would eventually open it, there would be money rolled up inside and a note written by the owner Masato.
Lord Mizukage,
If it was indeed your idea to send a Hai'Auo to assist me with the damages to my establishment, you are very generous. I can't believe the boy believed that shinobi didn't get paid for their work! It was very entertaining watching him writhe in frustration. I still got his work for very cheap, the price of the building plans alone would have cost me a fortune compared to this. Varro is a fine boy, and will make a great asset to the shinobi ranks just as he was a great asset to the villagers.

 as the letter came in Sai watched. he knew the Mizukage would have to go back to his office sometime. Then he would greet the Mizukage and asked to be admitted to the academy. His father, Paulus Ragon, was good at what he did but it would not be good enough for Sai to be known or for him just to get straight into the academy. his inventions had been at one point considered the best and even the village of artisans requested he join them but that was in the past... now the man rarely made much. it had workout though because it gave the man time to actually train and teach Sai. Saisashi had not learned much from the old man but it was enough. lately his father had become quiet absentminded and said bad things were going to start happening. Sai had disregarded this and said he was going to off to the academy. His mother was not going to bring anything fancier. Melissa Ragon had retired from being a kunoichi of the hidden sand village many years ago to marry and settle down with his father. she help raise Sai and even help Paulus invent sometimes. On occasions she would practice with her puppets and had recently taught her son how to use them. Sai let out and slow breath into the air. his heritage would not be of much help so he would have to do t himself

He heard a bit of commotion outside of the door, nothing more than people coming in and out of the office. But it was odd, he seemed certainly busier today by the sounds of it than he usually was. Although Luo never liked to admit it, he was fatigued beyond belief. For the past three days he had spent the night in the office finishing paperwork. Out of those three days, Luo has had about four hours of sleep total in small increments of thirty minute naps. He was used to being that fatigued, experience in sleeping and working in such a manner was given when he was still a jounin of the village. However, he could tolerate being sleep deprived in a mission setting. He couldn't tolerate being sleep deprived after days of filing paper work among other tasks he considered menial. With a sigh, Luo waited to see who was behind the door.

Mizutenma opened the door and walked in. He saw that Luo looked tired. "Um... You okay Mizukage?" Mizu asked Luo trying to be nice for a change. Mizu saw LT sitting next to Luo. Mizu said," Hello LT sensei," still trying to be nice. He kept remembering what Varro said and knew that he should change his ways.

Kai burst through the entrance to the Mizukage tower and began sprinting towards the stairs, nearly knocking over Luo's rather annoying secretary in the process. Within moments Kaizen had arrived at the door to Luo's office, and he immediately began knocking urgently on the door."I live to fulfill the dreams of those that came before me"

Ms. Kanai gasped in shock and disgust as the white haired boy nearly knocked a ton of files out of her hand on his way to the Mizukage's office door. She huffed as she walked down the hall just a bit to shout down towards Kai, "The Mizukage is busy in the exam room, he is testing academy students for their Genin exams!"
With that she turned back around to go and file all these damn papers, mumbling under her breath about disrespectful children and how much they need to be whipped like the old days. If only there was still a bloody mist and yatta, yatta, yatta.

 Yamatano rushed past the secretary whom he associated with his mean sister, a noodle hanging from the top of his mask, evidence that he had been to the ramen shop. He quickly caught up with Kaizen to report to the Mizukage.

Sai looked at the new arrival and said "were's the fire?" as he did so he took in the info of the Mizukage conducting the exams. now he knew the mizukage was in the building and if he did not see him soon knew what questions to ask to find him.

Kai cursed as he heard Ms. Kanai yell to him about the Mizukage's location. Running back the direction he had come, Kai nearly ran over Yamatano as he called out to him, "Genin exam room!" Running back through the entrance room, Kai moved with such speed that he caused a pile of papers sitting on Ms. Kanai's desk to fly into the air. As he arrived in front of the door leading to the genin exam room, Kai could still hear Ms. Kanai screaming after him. Knocking urgently on the door, Kai waited for the Mizukage to grant him entrance."I live to fulfill the dreams of those that came before me"

Yamatano followed suit as he ran after kai, both of them exceedingly fast for genin. On his way through the main hall, he not only made a stack of Ms. Kanai's papers go flying, but also her coffee and pencil sharpner. "Sorry, I'll get it later." Yamatano said as he ran to the exam room and stood next to Kaizen.

Sai walked over and began to pick up the papers for the secretary before she could even get up from her desk. it was interesting that the other boys were running around like that and Sai decided that after he was done helping the woman with her desk he would go to the exam room after the boys. Sai finished quicker then he expected when the woman began to pick up some papers herself. once the desk was straightened again Sai left for the exam room and watched the other boys.

((Four missions completed! and enough text to fill a college writing assignment))
Two more letters would be dropped off onto the Mizukage's desk. One from the wife of the Jewelry store owner, Kimiko Ito; also known as that wealthy drunk. This letter commended the shinobi, Varro, for his incredible, assuredly life saving task of finding her necklace and delivering some of the most delicious ramen in all the lands.
The other letter was from the librarian, Lilo Ohiro. This one about Varro's great job on helping her catch up on weeks of backed-up book sorting.

"My apologies Sir, Varro's lack of jutsu was my fault. His score is my mistake. I and deeply sorry that i didnt inform you and didnt teach them. With squad 3 i had more time so i was able to teach them the genin level jutsu, while with this batch, i was only able to teach them the basic jutsu so we could have them graduate on time." Tares's face was bright red, as he knew he screwed up and would have to pay the price for it. Even though he had apologized he still felt terrible about the score, his lack of teaching gave the genin. LT bowed low, as he shamed himself and his teaching methods. Yet with so much running around and yelling and crashing noises in the hall it would be impossible for Mizu to take his test. The sleep deprived LT stood up from his chair at the grading table and walked over to the doorway. Before he reach it though he turned to the Mizukage and bowed, "Forgive me". He said as he turned around and opened the door slowly, "FOR HELL"S SAKE!!! WILL YOU NOT SHUT THE FU- Kai? Yama? what are you guys waiting for, whats so urgent?"

Mizutenma was wondering if Luo was going to write everything down but started to say," I want to become a shinobi of the mist so I can complete my dreams of becoming one of the best swordsman. I also want to protect everyone in the village. There are people who die because they're weak and I want to stop that," Mizu said confidently. Mizu waited for Luo's response.
