Jaggedsoul
Jaggedsoul watched Emberpaw copy him. "Very good," he meowed, nodding. Looking at the amount of roots, the medicine cat gave a quick, satisfied nod. "That's enough, carry what's left into my den," he told the warrior apprentice. Then he picked up the majority of the roots and headed back to camp.
Snakekit
Hearing Novakit, Snakekit snorted. He scooted back to where he had enough room to turn and face her. "You think I want to collect cobwebs? That's no job for a warrior," he commented. Then, deciding he had enough cobwebs, the tom-kit stromed into the medicine cat's den and scraped the cobwebs off using the edge of one of the ledges. He took a quick moment to look around, then stormed out of there. Hungry and not paying attention, Snakekit went over to the fresh-kill pile, but knocked into Foxpaw.

Watch where you're going mousebrain! Fowpaw growled as he glared at the kit who had knocked into him. Stupid kits! Don't they understand that we apprentice have important things we must do for our clan. the red furred apprentice thought as he unsheathed his claws and dug them into the ground.
Emberpaw
Emberpaw couldn't help but let a gleam come to his eyes. He barely was praised usually he was made fun of by Foxpaw for just about everything he did. Emberpaw picked up the remaining roots and followed Jaggedsoul back to camp.

Snow
Do you really think Night and Mother are still alive? the little white she cat meowed as she and her brother headed towards the place where wildcats were supposed to be.
Frost
No, but you wanted to try to find out and Mother fled after Father died. And she ran into that house-cat who she told she was looking for the wildcats to try to find Father's 'clan' or whatever its called. Frost grumbled harshly as he padded over to a small puddle to drink.
Snow
You don't have to be so mean about it Snow mewed as she looked up the stars wondering if it was possible that her Mother and sister were still alive.

Nightkit watched the stars. She wondered if the part of the dream that had interrupted the one of her being deputy was from Starclan. I hope they don't expect me to go and live with them, if they are alive. she thought as she picked up a vole from the fresh kill pile and quietly ate it.
((sorrie for posting them in separate posts. But i like having some divide between different locations. The color code doesn't quite made certain of where the cats are only of their origin.))

Novakit followed Snakekit and scraped off her cobwebs when he was finished. Just as she stepped out of the medicine cat's den, she witnessed Snakekit bump into Foxpaw and his snap at her friend. She quickly ran over and spat "Take your own advice! Some lousy apprentice you are! If you can't even avoid a stumbling kit, how do you expect to dodge enemy warrior blows?!" She glared at him, waiting for a challenge. She was known for her attitude and sharp tongue.

"My mentor said I'm the best fighter he has ever saw. I could probably take on a entire patrol by myself. Let's see your fighting skills." Foxpaw growled as he glared at Novakit. His tail lashed behind him as his eyes gleamed with undisguised hatred.

Snakekit
Snakekit stumbled back a step after he realized he ran into Foxpaw. When Novakit began to defend him, he bristled, she knew he lked to fend for himself. Of course, since she was his friend, he let it slide and took his annoyance out on the apprentice. "Obviously your skills aren't that good. You didn't sense me coming," the tom-kit taunted, smirking.
Jaggedsoul
Jaggedoul looked around camp as he mde his way in. Everything seemed normal, so he took no interest in the three young cats by the fresh-kill pile. Instead, he went in his den and put up the burdock root. Then, he noticed the pile of cobwebs and shook his head, kowing that it was Snkekit's pile by how careless it looked.

Emberpaw followed Jaggedsoul into his den and put the herbs in the same pile the medicine cat had just placed the other ones in. Then the apprentice turned and started to pad out into the camp.

Novakit let out a snort of laughter. "Really? You want to test out your skills on kits? How lame." she leaned in towards Snakekit and muttered. "He's so full of it! It reeaaly bugs me."

Foxpaw glared at the kits "I want to teach a couple of disrespectful kits a lesson that they should not make fun of the apprentice that will one day be leader of their clan." he growled sitting up and pretending to not be ready to attack at a moment's notice.
Emberpaw
Emberpaw saw his brother with Novakit and Snakekit and padded closer to hear them arguing. This isn't gonna end well he thought as he went to hide in the apprentice den.

At Foxpaw's latest remark, Snakekit scoffed mockingly. "You?! Leader? Yeah, that has the same chances as me being the medicine cat." Seeing how at ease Foxpaw looked didn't set right with the younger tom, and he kept his eyes on the reddish apprentice.
((I wanna let this get somewhere ineresting before Jaggedsoul steps in. ^^ ))

The reddish apprentice yowled angrily before leaping forward and aiming a blow with his unsheathed claws towards Snakekit's head.

Emberpaw cowarded in the den. His amber colored eyes wide with fear. He overheard his brother's remarks. He doesn't believe in Starclan! the apprentice thought with shock. He always knew his brother was mad at Starclan for taking both their mother and father so early, but to not believe in their warrior ancestors!

The now official medicine cat of thunderclan woke with a start.
"WHITEKIT!" the speckled tabby jumped to her feet and saw the little kit perched by moonpool. "We have to go NOW! Come on, we must hurry back to camp, i have very important news that Willowstar, and the other clan leaders will have to know!"

Nightkit finished up her vole and turned towards the camp entrance. I wonder if Dawnfrost and Whitekit met any trouble. she thought as she wrapped her striped tail round her lithe body.
(Frost and Snow are just inside Thunderclan territory)
Snow
Snow wandered around the forest she and Frost had found. The scents reminded her of their Father who had died when they were very young.
Frost
Look over there! I found the best spot for us to rest while you were just wandering around aimlessly. Frost yowled out into the silent night. He flicked his tail to a tree with a huge roots before racing into a space barely big enough for the two of them and laying down. Snow padded after him more slowly. Her mind filled with the few memories of Night and Mother.

The undersized, dark brown tabby kitten let out a snarl like a lion.
She quickly bit down on Snakekit's tail and jerked back, so Fox-
paw's claws missed him by centimeters. She spat out her friend's
tail and hissed at the violent apprentice, her kitten fur fluffing up.
"How dare you use unsheathed claws on a kit!! That's against the
warrior code... and it's unethical! You could've killed him!" She
paused. "You could.. you could've... oh my Starclan!" 'He said I
will be leader if it means sending you and anyone else who gets in
my way to your Starclan.....if it means sending you and anyone
else who gets in my way to your Starclan!! He was trying to kill
Snakekit! HE'S TRYING TO KILL US!' The truth sprang onto the kit
so suddenly that she suddenly felt light-headed and out of breath,
but the cool-headed kit calmed down immediately and whispered to
Snakekit so Foxpaw was out of earshot, "This could be dangerous.
Very dangerous." she hoped he reached the same conclusion as her
"Do we fight bravely, or do we get out of here before we get killed?
And if it's the second choice, we will of course do whatever we can to
torment him. That goes without saying."
