Ain ignored the comments, his eyes focusing mostly on Kotetsu. He moved forward at almost an ambling rate, as if he had just wandered in.

Mara looked up at Gouki with tears in her eyes. She nodded. "You always keep me safe, you've never not kept me safe." Mara fell silent knowing that her screaming would only distract her big brother. If something happened she would use her personal talents to help him.
Cho stepped up beside Gouki. "Thank you for taking care of E, er, Mara." She said softly. "She really respects you, and loves you. That much is certain." She placed her hand gently over her heart. She forced herself away from her sad thoughts so she could concentrate on the fight that may be happening any second.

Gouki nodded not taking his eyes off the stranger. He gritted his teeth as his hair bristled at attention as a dark presence seeped into the room. It was not that Gouki was scared it was that he was agitated by the unnatural feeling.
"If you insist to fight for the girls miss Cho I will not argue but I can not protect you if you and us are separated. I will not leave Mara's side." Gouki said as best he could without sounding mean. He didn't know what Cho could do and feared what would happen if Mara was to lose such a central figure again after thinking she was already dead for so long.

Kyoji's eyes narrowed. "And what possible use would you have for this sword?" He asked him. Kyoji knew that he was physically incapable of giving Muramasa to this person, if Muramasa was even the sword that the intruder was referring to. But aside from that, if someone simply barged into a private room in such manner, then it was doubtful to Kyoji that the man would be trustworthy of being keeper of sword, had Kyoji been capable of giving up the sword. "I am sure that there are many of hundreds of swords to choose from. What makes you think that I have the sword you seek? What sword do you seek?" He inquired.

"I thought it was clear. I seek your sword, hence the intrusion and the speaking directly to you" Ain replied. "Do you yield it?"

Cho nodded, "Yes, and I wouldn't expect you to. You have yourself and Mara to protect, that is more than enough. But trust me, it should be fine." She said taking a fighting stance.
Cho watched closely at the stranger confronted Kyoji. If anything happened to Kyoji she would be very upset, so she would help him in any way possible. She kept alert in case she could help somewhere along the line.

Kyoji shut his eyes. "Part of me... no much of me yearns to yield the sword you seek. But... I cannot give it to you. I physically cannot give it to you." He explained to Ain, opening his eyes. "However, judging by the manner in which you seek the blade, using threats and aggressive behavior. I could not let you take Muramasa. If you are not already possessed by your intentions for this blade, the sword will possess you. I cannot let this blade harm others. Let the seal on the sword rest as it is now." He warned to Ain, though he had doubts over whether it would convince the intruder.

"Threats? I have made none. Aggression? I have yet to resort to violence. But I understand how you cannot yield it." Ain cocked his head as if listening to someone. "I am really sorry, in a way I am already possessed, and I am supposed to get the sword no matter what. I hope you don't hate me to much for this" Ain said. He moved forward, much faster this time, aiming an outstretched hand for Kyoji's chest.

"You don't have to speak a threat to make one." Kyoji said with narrowed eyes. He caught the sudden change in Ain's movement and jumped to the side. Using the momentum to drop onto his empty hand, he swung his leg toward Ain's stomach.

The leg connected with Ain's stomach, stopping his movement. He grabbed bare skin on the leg, and started sucking the magic out of Kyoji.

Cho shook her head and rushed forward. She cared for Kyoji like she had no other man before. She wouldn't let him become harmed. She threw her hand out to the side as if to reach for the open window. She took her clawed hand and pulled it back towards herself. The branches of the large tree outside began to grow at an unreal rate. She broke off one branch in her hand that grew longer and into a weapon she could utilize. She planned an attacking the stranger, and so did the tree who was now growing quickly towards him and had begun to curl around his legs.

The tree tripped him up but he took the fall and rolled, coming back to his feet. He took the magic he had taken from Kyoji and slammed it towards Cho. He stole the magic from the tree, the accelerated growth stopping suddenly

((Just for my own curiosity what does the dark magic do? If it can harm Cho then It would violate Ain's inability to hurt women.))
Gouki saw the dark energy form in Ain's hand and he moved quickly to Cho and pushing her out of the way as the blast flew past where she was. "What gives you the right to take from others and attempt harm on them. I will not allow you to hurt Mara's mother either." Gouku said as it was apparent he was fighting with some kind of inner demon's within himself. His face was not exactly the delicate boy Cho has seen thus far but a scowling protector intent on keeping Mara's mother alive.
Gouki's staff vanished from his hand as he took on a strange pose. He noticed the tree stopped moving after the man touched it and now he attacked with Kyoji's magics. It was apparent he had to be dealt without the use of magics.

Kyoji leaped over to Cho to keep her from falling over when Gouki had pushed her to get her away from the attack. He nodded to Gouki and then reached into his boot and retrieved a tanto that had been hidden in their and held back handed it in his off hand, with Kotetsu in his primary. So... he can take my powers, and use them... but not in the same way that I do. Best not to risk it. Don't use your powers on him, I must rely on my skills. He gave Cho a quick nod and moved away from her, holding his weapons at the ready in a defensive stance, preparing for his foe's next actions.
