"Ah, Lady Elrothiel, I wonder if you could persuade this fantastical cook named Van to spare me a thimble full. I'm nigh about dying of hunger and that soup smells possitively ravishing!" Lassiel pulled a fake half-faint and kneeld next to the fire, stareing eagerly at the cooking pot. When nobody moved she glanced up at them perplexed. "What a com', am I intruding? Don't mind me, I shant bother ye, why I'm as quite as a mouse. Well..sometimes."

Ranu raised an eyebrow at his elvish compainions, then looked back at the girl, "Are you certain you know how to be?" he asked in a mildly teasing tone of voice.

"Of course I do!"Lassiel scoffed and laid a hand on her heart. "I swear it on me mothers grave that I once went a whole week without makin' a sound." She paused for dramatic affect, and then gave them a devilish grin. "Not that I ever had a mother. So about the soup, you'll burn it if you leave it on there much longer!"

Van laughed. 'Im not that great, but it fills up the same.' he said setting the stiring stick down. 'Well, I dont know if anyone thought of this but, we dont have bowls, so I guess were going to have to pour them into our canteens or something...'he said openly, he ahdnt thought of this problem earlier.

Elenath walked slowly out of the sight of weathertop,he heard shouting there,and wished to get away as soon as possible.

Elenath eventually got to raurous,and decided to cross after the falls.he waded quickly across and started back up tword dagorlad

Van nodded and took the sauce pans. There wasnt enough for everyone so he poured the soup in the pans and then poured the rest into his extra wide mouth flask on his hip. 'Well, I guess dinners ready, you'll have to be creative for forks and such.' he siad. he picked flask up and slowly poured it into his mouth, stopping when he got chunks of meat to chew it.

Ranu peered into his bag. "I have a bowl." He said softly, scooping some up. "Thanks" he said to Van. "I don't recall telling you my name." he said, sipping the soup. "Its Ranu."

Lassiel grabbed a pan greedily and nearly swallowed it all in one gulp, spiling some on herself. "I already know your name, ya said it before. I can't believe that I thought yer where gonna' eat me! What a lark! I know, me'll write a song about it! I'll call it...The Battle of boiling Soup: Adventures of Leaf. Got a catchy title."

Elenath found the way cut off by orcs. he now had nowhere to go.for some reason,khis mind told him to go to fangorn.'i have nothing better to do.'he stold himself. so he set of twords fangorn

Elrothiel took the saucepan with a word of thanks. Balancing it carefully on her knees as she sat cross-legged, she drew out one of the small knives attached to the side of her belt and used it to pick up some of the pieces of meat. She soon realised she was truly hungry and ate the soup enthusiastically, complimenting Van on the taste.

Van nodded, his mouth full. Once he swallowed he thanked her for her compliment. His was soon finished. He looked into the pot and saw there was still enough for everybody. 'You guys can have seconds if you want, I'm gonna set up a hammick.'

"There seconds! Ah me, what luck that I found you people, otherwise I wouldna' starved." Lassiel went to the pot and scooped more soup. When she had finished, Lassiel drew out her reed pipe and began playing a cheery tune. She changed the tune midway into a song for the night, her eyelids drooped lower as she stared into the flame of the fire. Soon Lassiel was asleep and snoring quietly, curled up next to the fire.
