Still shivering because of the unsightly scenery, Jin wandered, but never too far from the portal. He concluded that maybe because he is a spirit himself, the other beings in Hell maight have ignore his presence.
Jin floated more towards the inner Hell, and spotted the camp. The corpses were getting to him, and he was about to move away when he saw a soul.
"What is he doing?"

Ayumu was about to close his eyes when something caught his attention. He turned his head, and now he was staring straight at Jin. At first, Ayumu appeared to be spaced out, as if there wasn't really anything for him to think about, then his eyes grew wider, lighting up with astonishment. He had never before seen a soul in Hell that was drifting around by itself and unscathed. Was it possible that this new soul was here by accident?
Ayumu now sat up, his clothes drenched in the demons' blood, but he didn't care. What caught his attention was Jin, and he continued to stare at him, running through all sorts of possible explanations in his mind for the anomaly.

Jin found himself a staring soul. Should he snapped his fingers, to help the other snap out of his trance, or should he just ignore him..
Approaching the soul with cautius, Jin waved his hand, at the same time smiling. Maybe being friendly will do...
"Hello. Erm, may I know, is this..Hell?"

Ayumu blinked, then nodded, "Yes, though I am certain that it can be called by other names as well. And what of you? You aren't sentenced to be here from what I can gather. How did come to be in this place?"

Jin blinked as well, and pointed towards the direction of a portal.
"Well, I entered from there, a gateway. So I guess its because I am a spirit, I can venture here easily. However, I didn't exactly come here to have a vacation."

"Ah, I see," Ayumu stood up, dripping wet, "So I suppose you have business with someone or something?"

Jin moved a bit away, quite disgusted by the drenched soul. Giving out a soully hankerchief might not even work.
"I'm...Well, I want to close that gateway."

"Hmm...the portal is forcibly held open, so I do know that closing the door is not going to be a simple feat to accomplish," Ayumu looked down, then started to roll up and squeeze some of the fabric of his clothes to alleviate the dripping issue, "Though I can try to help you in whatever way I can."

"The other me likes staying here, but I believe he has no power over me when I have no physical body," Ayumu looked at the remainders of the camp, "He did all of this...but the physical body was weakened and destroyed. I awoke after he had completely decimated the camp around the portal."
He returned his attention back to Jin, "I have no intention of remaining in such a horrid place..."

"How crude..." Jin muttered, looking around at the current place again. "Its no wonder, even I, wouldn't want to stay in such a place. Then..."
He looked at Ayumu. "...if I were to destroy that gateway, in some way, would anything here leak out?"

"I think that most attempts would cause the portal to widen...which would cause more of Hell's substance to leak through to the other side," Ayumu turned his gaze away, contemplating possible courses of action, "Though I do believe, if the gateway were dealt with appropriately, then it is possible to close it without any consequences, without further leakage. ...Hmm...maybe if we can find a way to cut off the flow of energy from this place..." Ayumu wondered if that would help at all.

"Like a barrier?" Jin suggested, turning his attention to the direction of the gateway. "As long as I block the path..At least, not all demons can pass through. However, we do need someone out there to destroy the portal itself."

It took them some time, being children and small and all, but they continuted to follow Drake's direction until he led them into the Dark Clan's territory. Harper and Liam both looked around, wondering just where the little boy was taking them, before both turned to look at him.
"Where now?" they asked in unison.

"Where now?" they asked in unison. -He had started shivering ever since they entered the Dark Clan and had finally asked Harper to carry him. He pointed to a small patch of lilly flowers that had grown in the mass broken and dry desert.- "Where...is daddy?" -he asked, looking around at the flowers...and the sword laying in the ground- "That is his sword...where is my daddy???"
