The speed of Tanu's fist accelerated as she noticed that Kiba was planning on getting away with Kawamiri. "Hya!" the girl shouted as she landed her first blow, followed by another triumphant shout as she landed the second right on that bony chin of his. "C'mon, Raiken!" Tanu taunted him as she grinned while jumping back and forth in the sand. Excitement, confidence and adrenaline hit her body as Kiba tried to quickly recover to his feet. Kane was the only one watching the pair spar at the moment, but Tanu wasn't fighting to impress their new instructor. The Kun Kumo was here to beat Kiba! Then, the Raiken came at her fast. Thinking he was going to try and whap her in the face with that stick of his, Tanu quickly put her arms up to guard her face. However, she had been wrong and Kiba quickly delivered a blow to the back of her head. The sword cracked loudly against her hard skull making the girl feel a deep bruise begin to form almost immediately. Turning around quickly, Tanu was able to move her hands to force Kiba's bokken away from jabbing her in the stomach, however the speed of the sword stung Tanu's hands as she redirected its path. The girl was lucky that he didn't have a bladed weapon yet...

Kiba was in close quarters with her now since she had been able to slightly deflect that jab, which gave her the opportunity to move in. Dropping one of her fists to her hip, Tanu pulled it back and flexed her muscles all the way from her leg, up her stomach to her arm as she punched forward to stun Kiba with a hit to the gut. Hopefully her movement towards him would close the small gap between the two and allow her to bear hug him. Wrapping one arm over Kiba's arm and hugging him, so that his arms were pinned down, Tanu attempted to immobilize his arms that assisted him with the bokken. Once she had a good hold on him, Tanu would raise him off the ground in a full bear hug and crush him slowly with her brute strength.

Aya was rather flustered by what Kanami said, even though Aya hadn't caught onto the fact that Kanami may have just been joking. Taking deep breaths and hoping that Hanabira was still at the shoreline, she tried to calm herself down. The exercise that she had been doing earlier seemed to be a good stress reliever, and Aya would try it again. Concentrating her chakra in a passive state between both of her hands, she began to mold it like clay. "Stay clam... Stay calm," Aya said as she spotted Kane, Kiba and Tanu down at the shoreline... However, there was no Hanabira. Aya's heart stopped. She should tell Kane? She should ask first! Maybe Hanabira had ran to the village to get dinner? Aya hadn't seen her though... "Kane!" Aya called out as she dropped her chakra and jogged up to the fellow chunin. "Anno... Where's Hanabira? She's not with Kazuma is she?" Aya asked, hoping that Kane would know where the girl was and confirm that she wasn't with Kazuma! Because what Kanami said about Kazuma breaking into an apartment with a girl... Aya shook her head and refused to think of pervy things that Kanami had commented on!

 Kane nodded absently as Hana walked off with Kazuma, trusting his sister not to get into too much trouble, before turning his attention back onto the dueling duo. They looked to be excellent close-range fighters - possibly better than Kane, even. That thought was kind of sobering and Kane tried not to dwell too much on that. But even he could see that he and Kiba would have much to learn from each other now and in the future concerning the art of swordplay.
While he was supervising the spar, making sure it wasn't getting out of hand - wow, that was a harsh blow Kiba took there - he focused on continuing to mold his chakra. He'd recently realised just how much he'd been neglecting this aspect of his skills and was determined to regain his former proficiency and maybe even develop some new skills or learn a new technique. Well, he would take it as it went along. Right now, a ball of chakra was in his hands. It wasn't a perfect sphere, but it would be soon, as Kane was carefully tweaking its shape, rounding whatever looked too flat and vice versa. His attention was called to Aya, however, when she ran up. It was clear that Aya was anxious for some reason and Kane felt suspicion and cranky gears slowly beginning to turn in his mind. His chakra had long dissipated as he stood up and greeted her with a smile.
"Aya-san," he said politely, inclining his head in greeting. "Good to see you after so long. Hanabira is with Kazuma at the moment. The last I saw, they were heading to the bamboo forest..." he said to Aya slowly, thinking. "...Why do you ask?" he finally asked her, curious as to why she was so flustered.

"Mmm!" Aya pursed her lips together tightly as she slapped her finger tips over her cheeks as her face turned a red that only matched a ripe tomato. "K-Kanami told me- I was looking for Kazuma and I asked a Hyuuga to search the village with her byakugan and she said that-kazuma-was-carrying-up-agirl-to-an-apartment-room-and-they-were-going-to-do-pervy-things!" Aya said in a rush of words as her face went from tomato red to hot iron red-orange. The Tenmoki girl wasn't sure that it was right to tell Kane this, but she had to tell someone and she knew Kane would react even hotter than she was right now. "What do we do? Do we stop them? I-I-" Aya stammered and then added in, "Kanami could be wrong!" but Aya highly doubted it...

Who was Kanami? Kane had many questions to answer but the one thing he focused on at the end of Aya's little speech was, as she had correctly assumed, the 'pervy-things'!!! "What?!" he asked acidly, which for Kane was about as far as you could get. Besides, there was still the hope that they weren't up to something and that poor Hana had been ditched int he forest... or something...
"It's cool, Aya-san," he said. "Well, actually, it's not. At all. But take a hold of yourself! Let's go look for them. It's getting late anyway." He glanced at Tanu and Kiba and called over to them, hoping they'd hear. "Tanu, Kiba, team dismissed for the night! Try not to beat each other up too badly. Rest well for the mission tomorrow." He raised his arm in a wave they possibly couldn't see and then looked at Aya. "Come on, let's go," he said to her, quickening his pace and heading to the housing district.

Biting down on her lip gently, Aya knew about the history between Kazuma and Kane, the dislike of Kazuma from Hide and the trouble that Kazuma had gotten Hanabira in before. Well, that had been Tomoko that got both of them in trouble hadn't it? Aya just wasn't sure. There were too many times where Kazuma had done something wrong. "Right!" Aya said with a quick nod, feeling a little awkward at this point. Kana and Aya had been together for years and even slept in the same bed, but they still hadn't done THAT pervy thing together yet! Aya just hoped it wasn't THAT pervy thing. As she followed behind Kane, who had a rather quick pace, Aya looked up to the village and saw signs of smoke. "Oh, no," she whispered to herself as the silly panic subsided and her usual straight thinking mind came into play. There was dark smoke rising up over the housing area, where Kanami had said she had just seen Kazuma. Picking up the pace, Aya sprinted ahead of Kane while calling back to him "There's smoke!"

"Dismissed?" Tanu grunted as she kept squeezing Kiba. She let go abruptly and took a few steps back in the sand and smile. "We're still pretty evenly matched. Eh, Raiken?" Tanu said with a grin on her face as she took a few moments to breathe. Bringing her hand up to rub the lump on her head, she winced slightly. "Say, when are you gonna start usin' a real sword? You're really good with that stick, but ya really aren't doing much damage," Tanu said as she started walking towards the village. It was dark now and their little spar had lasted quite awhile. Kane had told them to get some rest before the big mission tomorrow, so Tanu knew to take his wise words and not push themselves anymore tonight. Besides... once Tanu had Kiba grappled, there wasn't much luck of him getting out anyways! Then again, the quick bugger had gotten through her fingers before. As Tanu leisurely chatted with her squadmate, she barely heard Aya's call far ahead of them. 'There's Smoke!' "Huh?" Tanu said as she brought her hand down from gently massaging her bump to see a pillar of smoke and now flames come up from the village. "Hey.. Isn't that-" Tanu started as she thought about the area the flames were coming from. "C'mon, Raiken!" Tanu shouted back at Kiba as she sprinted up the shoreline towards the Housing District where her apartment was!

“Damn it! Why didn’t you just wait a second! They didn’t even get to the pervy part! The boy decided to light the place on fire!” the kunoichi stated as she rushed down to the beach. Her brain was not even too sure why she still traveled this path. The girl and some other boy had already left. She was just trying to play catch up now. It was a weird way to see them there and run off. Well that was one of the things of the Byakugan. You saw the before, the then and the after. The only problem with such a good eye was that it was a real b**ch to run through a crowd of villagers and have it activated at the same time. You always felt like you were surrounded when running in a crowd! The only reason the Hyuuga idol did not revert her eyes back was that she wanted to try keep her focus. The girl was now getting into the training too! Well that could wait. You could always train tomorrow, but if you house burnt down you wouldn’t have one the next day. As the diva’s feet skidded through the sand on the shore the girl turned to a new direction. Her next destination would be the housing district. Her peach face turned to the last remaining person at the shore. “Hey you better come on! If you live in the student dorms you may not have a place to stay much longer!” Kanami shouted and ran through the sand. Next stop was the scene of the fire.

Ugh. He really did not want to admit it, but he was definitely hurting from Tanu's attacks. He hoped that he looked pretty strong and unphased, though he really was struggling to keep his eyes focused. He was actually kind of glad that they sparring match had lulled itself to a cease fire as he felt like he was losing it. Kiba felt like hours passed during which he was quite spaced out. In fact, Tanu was already long gone before it really registered to him what she had said. Smoke! There was smoke! This was defnitely bad and the young Raiken's legs could not carry him fast enough as he bolted off from the shore towards the housing district. He wondered briefly if the Raiken Mansion was in trouble, but headed towards Tanu's apartment first.

Kazuma sat on the beach staring at the glove on his hand. One day he would learn to control fire, each accident and mistake brought him closer to understanding the nature of it. For now all he knew how to do was get himself in trouble. After that mess alone time was desperately needed, peace and quite or chances are he would lash out at someone again and that would be the end of him.

Hanabira had looked for awhile, hoping to find where Kazuma had gone. If she could see farther into distances like the Hyuugas or Uchihas, her search would have ended much sooner. She wondered if doujutsus were limited to only bloodlines. Perhaps if one were to use chakra to enhance certain muscles in the eye, they could have special properties as well. Hanabira made a special mental note to think of this at a later date as she spotted Kazuma sitting on the beach. With a smile on her face, Hanabira carefully made her way down the beach, stumbling a little in the sand once before making it to where Kazuma sat. He was staring down into the sand. Hanabira hadn't noticed he was looking at his gloved hand. "Kazu-kun," Hanabira said softly, hoping not to startle him in case he hadn't heard him approaching. She took a deep breath, trying to keep her voice not as timid as it usually was. The girl was still on a bit of a 'high' since Aya had given her a confidence boost. "I'm really sorry for trying to lie for you like that. I was afraid that you might be banned from the island for good this time. But I've realized that it doesn't matter to you..." Hanabira said trailing off as she tucked her skirt under her thighs and sat down on the sand next to the boy.
"Anno... I really admire your strength in honesty and individualism. I haven't really had any friends except for Shinobu...but I'd really like to be your friend, Kazu-kun!" Hanabira said with that small sweet smile on her face as she put her finger in the sand and began drawing swirls in it. "A lot of people here are really simple and I can guess what they're going to do next, but you're different... I can never guess your reaction to anything, because it seems you only do what you want and not what others expect from you," Hanabira said, talking the most that she ever had to someone other than Shin. "Did you want to stay at my house tonight? I can make us some good treats before bed! Do you like cake?" Hanabira asked, getting nervous and losing a bit of confidence after talking so much. Her palms got a little sweaty as she waited for Kazuma to say something.

Rokugi walked slowly towards the shoreline while he thought of which way to approach the boy. He didnt know him personally as it seemed he didnt know most people in the village despite having been here for so long. When he arrived at the place he found that the girl who had blamed herself was already there and speaking with the boy. Rokugi listened to the conversation not for eaves droping but trying to find out his name. The girl seemed to like the boy even so he had acted so foolishly but Rokugi wasnt interested in their relationship and more in his reasons to burn a house belonging to someone else. " KAZUMA!" He shouted from a long way before before coming in close to the pair " Its its true then...you where the one who burnt down the house." He looked at both of their faces before realizing he had been a little out of place here " Im sorry having interrupted. Iknow you dont know me and i dont know you but. I just want to know why did he did it. I barely know the people here but they all seem so nice and ... well i cant understand why would someone risk doing this to them or hurting them. Im sure theres a reason i just want to know it." This rando way of thinking of the boy, this out of the norm thing intrigued him and he wanted to understand , he truly wanted to.
