I can still see those eyes.Konohagakure no Sato/ Academy Student/ Lvl.1/ Hp: 9/ Cp: 1/ MHp: 9 Still nothing comes out he begins to look inside his mind into the darkness and there is chakra there. Not much but there is some there. Trying to get the hang of things of this Charka exercise it is difficult so far. Expel the right amount of chakra not to much and not too less just right. Kazumei steady stillness is like a block of somewhat but still giving some humanly movement they no and then sharing his lively-hood.

I can still see those eyes.Konohagakure no Sato/ Academy Student/ Lvl.1/ Hp: 9/ Cp: 0/ MHp: 9 The draining of his chakra began and it was flowing faster than ever. A intense burn spread thourhg his body from his stomach to his entire body. The pain was brutal as he got a little jolt from the pain breaking his stillness. Still keeping his eyes closed cause if he opened them he'd probably feel dizzy and blurry. Wobblnig abit it gets the real effect of this chakra flow as he hasn't felt this pain before it was the hardest so far. Feeling so weak and in pain the burn over his body was incredible. He never released that much before.

((Haha. Correct. Interval means dice interval. So if you rolled a 20, -4 Cp. xP So in this exercise, if you have an extremely low Cp count, you actually wouldn't WANT to roll high. xDD
Expelling could take various meanings. For example, a Senju training this might choose instead to concentrate chakra to one area of the body and burn it there - a basic stem for their Gouwan Taijutsu style. A Hyuuga might burn chakra by releasing it with their clan's all-tenketsu node release ability. Or, they may concentrate on burning chakra by focusing on the tenketsu nodes at their fingertips. This doesn't train for the actual Gouwan/Juuken Kempo though. It's all experimental - children playing with chakra as they would with toys.
So, you can choose variation however you like.

If it was Nyame, she would've probably used her former waking tactic. After all, the warning was made very clear: don't overdo it. But Melediana was a medic-nin after all, so she cut the poor boy some slack. She held her palm over the boy's heart. Her palm glowed for a moment mystic-green - she converted her raw chakra first into the type used in medic Ninjutsus for healing, so that the boy's own chakra system won't initialize rejection. Just enough chakra transferred - enough for him to regain consciousness (Cp reset for Kazumei: 0).
"If you pass beyond the return point for chakra fatigue...it is very possible to even die..." She explained. A soft pause. "That is why I warned to be cautious."

Kazumei said breaking his silence spell for a brief moment. Still remain stong on that stomp legs crossed and eyes closed he could feel the pain taken away by her technique. Taking to get to the zone again he takes abit of a break for all his hardwork so far. Some slow breathe to get his body under control. Drained of his charka Kazumei hopes he never pushes that hard again or it really might kill him.

Trying to remember where he heard it at an image can be seen. Toshiro told him that when he became a jounin and was taking mission like crazy with dad. He said its a powerful honor to wear your konohagakure no sato headband as it shows your not kids anymore but shinobi of the leaf village. Taking words him he lets out a small smile for her and a head nod." I understand..." Kazumei said not being so silent anymore breaking it again. Rested up and feeling great he can sense the chakra inside him and he gets ready to chakra burn again.

Not letting out enough to cuts the flow again. Remaining still he notices that he didn't release any of his chakra only feeling a slight burn. Hands resting on his knee he makes a fist as he concentrates harder to get the connection and the flow of chakra back. His hair covering his eyes alittle Kazumei goes into a deep silence concentracting with all his might.

Maybe trying to control it too much it can't get the right flow happening. "Come on Kazumei you can do this just concentrate!" he said to himself displaying no emotion and remaining completely still. Silent as well he looks in and trys to tap into his own chakra flow. Having to expel the chakra is easy but doing the just right amount is harder. His eyes still closed from focusing he trys to do it again.

I can still see those eyes.Konohagakure no Sato/ Academy Student/ Lvl.1/ Hp: 9/ Cp: -1/ MHp: 9 Starting the cycle again he can feel the burning deep inside his stomach. Trying ti picture it in his mind he can see the light too. Releasing at a good rate he can feel the chakra exiting his body. Letting it flow out but keeping an hold on it he releases abit too much again and doesn't over his limit. Kazumei never had this much trouble before on one simple exercise as this was really getting him. The burn all over his body now he when loses focus and lets go of the chakra flow stopping the process. He is dry of his chakra again can he ever get it right again!!

I can still see those eyes.Konohagakure no Sato/ Academy Student/ Lvl.1/ Hp: 9/ Cp: 0/ MHp: 9 Trying his best to stay focused he changes and concentrates on restoring his chakra. The process kinda easier now he can take the pain of it now more better and it doesn't hit him as hard as it did the first time. Still learning now to control himself Kazumei just can't seem to expel the right amount. Always doing too much or too less Kazumei has to go deep inside to get a hold on this thing. Taking a breather now he does what he normally does to restore his chakra taking long deep breathe and exhaling them out slowly.

I can still see those eyes.Konohagakure no Sato/ Academy Student/ Lvl.1/ Hp: 9/ Cp: 1/ MHp: 9 Getting better at building up his chakra he can feel about half of his strenght returning. Quiet and calm Kazumei trys to relax as this chakra burn-out his a harder exercise. It requires alot of control over his chakra releasing just a certain amount was hard cause he never done anything like this. He lets out another big breathe calming himself down so he can regain his chakra alittle better. His body kinda stiff and his posture getting kinda poor he hasn't moved for a long time now not saying a single word. Is as totally focused on his chakra storage.

Calmed doing his long slow breathing he takes him alot of air. Raising his chest he lets it out through his nose slowly taking to get calm and rested before he does another burn as they always drain his energy so bad. Cracking his neck breaking his stillness again his eyes still closed he goes into his mind and gets ready for another burn. Straighting up his posture and putting his head up Kazumei trys to sync with his chakra so he can expel the right amount this time.

I can still see those eyes.Konohagakure no Sato/ Academy Student/ Lvl.1/ Hp: 9/ Cp: 0/ MHp: 9 In the zone Kazumei looks into the darkness and a spark is seen in his stomach. Chakra. The life force of the shinobi Kazumei begins to slowly expel it out his body. The burning feel all through his gut but this time he didn't feel it go through his body like wildfire nor did it hurt this time. Just the right amount of his chakra Kazumei successful expels it handling the flame in his stomach. Burning feels so good he doesn't want it to stop but he doesn't have anymore chakra to burn. Draining all his chakra he cuts the chakra flow and lets a smirk slide through those lips. Whispering softly " Did it that time" Kazumei now concentrates on getting his chakra back with long slow breathe.

Lula spun her flute and placed it to her lips once again. But this time, a single, low, melancholy note drifted from the whistle. As it echoed through the trees, Lula's chakra almost leaked form her body. But when she cut the note off... A violent burst of air and the whistle fell from her now-limp fingers before she fell first to her knees, "And a right bit of good to be playin' it..." And then fell forward into the grass as she lost consciousness. The pathways were open.. She was bleeding out as she lay unconscious on the grass. A light rustling of the grass and of her loose-fitting shirt gave testament to that fact.
