Narcissia shrieked with surprise and horror at the man's condition. The brunette was at the stranger's side in a flash, thinking in panic of all the healing spells she knew.
"Avarti," she whispered. The man's wounds began to seal themselves at her word and magical touch, but only time would tell if he would live.

He looked up at her. "Please, take me to the castle. It is safe..." He passed out as he was finishing what he was saying.

Varnis had seen that Ahren needed healing, so he decided to take out his staff, and get behind her. He twirled his staff a few times before stopping, and swinging it towards Ahren "Heal!" He yelled out as he casted cure on Ahren.

Mel decided to stick to attacking the first goblin, because it seemed to be stunned. She raised the bow once again, took aim at the goblin's heart and shot the arrow.

"Nice job," Mel said, admiring her brother's swordsmanship. "Maybe I oughtta practice a little more with my daggers..." she said thoughtfully, pulling out her daggers. Upon hearing Varnis' shout, however, she decided that she would be better off using her duel shot and re-shiethed her daggers, thinking that she would just have to use them another time.

Lyren limped toward the noise. He didn't know what it was; he'd never heard anything like it. He wondered briefly if anybody had been hurt. He swung his morning star in a slow arc, his crossbow and quiver in his cassock. He considered the chance the noise was really nothing important, just-- His right foot exploded in agony. He cursed himself for his own stupidity. His morning star had crashed into his foot. Still angry, he continued to walk on, looking for the sight of the noise.
