xd It doesn't have to be a big coming-out thing if you don't want it to be, it can just be something you mention at the start of most relationships.

I am caving hard. Night before last chocolate, last night pizza, tonight pop. I have just stopped counting all these calories because the numbers make my head spin.
I notice I have these sorts of '******** it' phases every once in a while where I'll eat garbage and get the cravings out of my system. After a few days I start to actually want water and vegetables and stuff that's good for me again, and I don't think about junk food for a good month or two.
Maybe it's helping. I haven't really hit a plateau since I've started, and for every two or three pounds I gain off of these binges I lose ten once I'm back on track. I don't think this is what my doctor meant by 'keep your metabolism on its toes', but it seems to be working out for me.
Not to mention it's preserving my sanity. I have to wash the dishes twice (which I ******** hate doing) if I want to cook, since my roommates don't bother, and my sister eats takeout every single night. It's hard to go out of my way to make a healthy meal for myself while they're munching on onion rings in the background. I'd probably have given up long ago if I had outright forbid myself the things I wanted.

I feel good about how much I accomplished today. I woke up with a really good meditation that put me in an awesome state of mind, and cleaned the ******** out of my room. Hoping Dad shows up with the exercise bike today - I'd like this to be the last day I have to go out into the cold when I don't actually need anything from the store. smile
