She blinked at him, "Wha?" She looked at his chest then back up at his face. She'd probably break her hand! She sighed, "Okay..." She knew the stance, she'd seen Guy do it a million times when he was collecting a debt and she watched action moves and karate moves. She curled her fists, wondering if she should use any power or not. She decided not to, drew her hand back and struck Dorien's chest. It didn't hurt as much as she thought it would.

She blushed, "Couldn't have been that bad...." She grumbled. She managed to shift forms without changing her clothes. It turned out to be surprisingly easy and she blinked, "Okay."

Remus looked around the kitchen for a minute or two before deciding that he wasn't hungry. He turned back to Lina. "I'm wondering what today's marching orders are." He paused for a moment and sniffed the air. He then looked at the cup in Lina's hands and raised an eyebrow. "Are you drinking tea?"

Dorien gave that strange look again before moving into a standard fighting position, You hit me like a human would...that's bad. he said, You can put everything into a puch without wasting energy. It just takes time. he then balled his fists and hit the ground, creating a small crater. Although, age does make a difference.

Dorien chuckled before saying, I only did that because I didn't want to hurt you. Speed also plays a part in any battle. If you move to fast, you may missed your're target, btu if you move to slow...you just might die. he said, beginning his own practice movements, and punching into the air, kicking as well. I'm sure you have speed. Especially since you have some of my power in you.

She watched him for a moment before positioning herself at a better angle and began to mimic Dorien's movements. At first they were a bit slow and akward until she found a nice rhythm that she fell into. It was about an hour and a half later that her rhythm lagged then she stopped completely and sat down hard, "Do I get breaks? Okay, thanks." She collapsed backwards.

She managed to glare at him, I have never trained like this before, Sir Slave Driver, cut me some slack! She protested. She manged to stand and stretch, remembering in PE class the teacher telling them to stretch after exercising so their muscles didn't seize up.
