Giyari See, I like that idea, but would their powers still work withouth the dream realm? and technically that would mean two of the same person would be around in the same universe, and then if you wake up... then what? :S
Now, I have been considering that, and would think there to be a period of adjustment. Physical matter may require a great deal more concentration than dream matter, so the powers would perhaps start at 1/2 effectiveness in the real world as long as the dream self and physical body are on the same plane. I've been playing through that sort of a situation with my Void Knight........
Eylios Powers still work based on how deeply and strongly the person is dreaming, not on location. If your real self wakes up, the dream Knight goes poof. Aaaaaannd, maybe if you're powerful enough, you can wear your Knight's armor while awake. wink
I like this way too, since my character can't wake up. I have made some interesting/disturbing changes to her knight form since she's been dreaming so long she has forgotten she is a 'dreamer' and not a 'dream.' If ever she figures that out, it will be a shitstorm for her.

So I spent today vacuuming my dad's car and decimating some wild shrubs with the electric hedgetrimmer. I feel kinda badass.

There is a bush we wish we could get rid of by the side of my house. My Lady chopped it down to nubbins, and the damned thing came back- with berries for the first time since we moved in! eek

bleargh. I just got a message from my final assignment. The instructor warned me my sentences can be a bit "chewy" at times, and encourages me to not use so many flowery words. She said it is abundantly clear that I am an intelligent person- and that I don't need to try so hard to show it.
I didn't try! I just wrote how I would talk about the subject, using appropriate terminology!!! I speak too 'smarty' for Master's level courses?!?
