Pistil yenyit Pistil yenyit Pistil I was skating and playing with a puck yesterday afternoon. My arm did a decent job of keeping up, although I had to put heat on it when I got home. sweatdrop Moral of that story being that there's no way I can use it at work yet. 8 hours of heavy lifting or continuous movement just isn't feasible yet. sad And yeah, less pain. Headache is almost gone too. And the ringing in the ear is intermittent! He kinda massages one muscle (the main problem muscle)... The best part about this injury is that it's actually kinda a RE-injury as I pulled most of those muscles in Aug '06 and it never quite fully healed. Now, with professionals watching, it may heal properly! lol playing hockey when your injured tsktsk, silly pistil lol...yeha...hockey sticks are light sweatdrop ...rining in ears? o.o...lol yay for max healage!!!! cool *dancedance* This week I spent 2 hours on the plant floor. Next week it's upped to 4 AND regular duty (used to be light duty). SO YAY! Ringing in the ears is almost done, just once in a while I'll notice it. Sleep problems persist. mad yay regular duty?...are you sure you're ready? gonk ...lol...well...as long as you don't notice 3nodding ...sleeping pills? sweatdrop Well yesterday I only did 2 hours of regular duty. I was hurting, but that's ok. My muscles are starting to remember how they're supposed to do things. Where do I get sleeping pills? I've looked in a few stores and couldn't find any... remembering how their suppose to work like when it's at 100% but with pain? sweatdrop ...ask the pharmacist?...if all else fails, get a prescription from a doctor? sweatdrop

Hey Yen, Composite sticks are light, but I go for the old wooden sticks when I'm shooting the puck around, but I really perfer them when it comes to goalie sticks. Nike Bauer has a new goal stick I wanna try, but damn, they're expensive, so I'm sticking with my old fashioned wooden one xd
COMPO STICKS SUCK!! They break too easily sweatdrop lol...save up! 4laugh

Every now and again I have no coordination in my arm when I'm trying to do something. Like at work all I have to do is grab and pull, and sometimes I get my arm out there and then it's just like "... now what?" sweatdrop Within seconds it remembers again but then there's a burny stingy... pain.

I surely hope not. I've been told it's muscle memory loss... but that basically just means that I tore some muscles and s**t so that it doesn't work as effectively until it's all healed up.
