The chakra drain on a non-bloodline Sharingan user is A LOT. (Kakashi has to keep it shut) It's been said a LOT. Danzo had to seal his arm, bandage his eye, and get that *ahem* person's DNA added to him to be able to even use it (removed due to spoiler). Even then it DRAINED THE CRAP out of him to use stuff and he was a Kage level character.
And Qastor... what about the Yamanaka Clan... they have psychic abilities. (Mind scan, telepathy, ect)

We dont have a Yamanaka clan here actually...... damn Shin we just ******** up, we are missing a cannon clan.... Ino Yamanaka ring any bells ?
