Linkin Park316 yenyit Linkin Park316 Pistil Linkin Park316 Pistil The boxes backed up and one fell off. It happens quite often actually but usually they fall off where there is netting, this spot didn't have any. Right after the accident they did measurements and stuff to put netting up, but nothing else has been done. I've considered suing, especially since they've been giving me nothing but bullshit. Oh, I forgot to mention! When I took friday off I was told that it would be marked down as "refusal to work"! scream I didn't refuse to work, I COULDN'T work! And I still can't work, but I HAVE TO show up on Monday and work despite my injuries or else I run risk of getting fired for missing too many days. stare Ever go to labour relations? Thats BS if they're doing that to you. Advice: Go get another job like I amIf things don't smarten up soon I'll go to the union and see what they say. If need be, I'll keep working my way through the system until this wrong is righted. Too many people were talking today about how the company ******** them over with worker's comp. One lady was off for two weeks, didn't see a penny. Another guy missed like 100 hours, and got paid for maybe 5. It's rediculous thinking about how many people are suffering at work when they should be healing at home. Don't work through it, go straight to the union, you'll have more than enough evidence to make serious changes to your work.
Ohh yeah, did you know puking your guts out in th e bathroom is considered 'wandering' in a mill? mad because you were walking like a drunk man to the bathroom? rofl sweatdrop *patpat*...pepto bismo for joo! 4laugh ..and..then...doctor time! cool Hell, can't blame me if I got hammered on Saturday night. I was watching HNIC xd What do you expect? lollol less booze lol sweatdrop

Ohh yeah, did you know puking your guts out in th e bathroom is considered 'wandering' in a mill? mad Naw, this place is ******** up. There's a guy going in for knee surgery tomorrow and they want him back to work (light duty) on Friday. is there even such a thing as "light work" there? razz Yeah, the glove room (sorting through gloves, putting them in bins, handing them out) You also get to clean the cafeteria, bathroom, and change rooms if you're able to (I did some of the girl's change room on Monday, although I really shouldn't have)) yeah...cleaning is quite extraneous if you want to do a good job sweatdrop *patpat*...but aren't all the gloves...large? or something? sweatdrop

And the gloves are small/stretched cotton gloves. Just a lot of them and people are mean and fold the stupidly before putting them into the bin to be washed. So when they come to the glove room we have to fix all the stupid gloves before piling them up.

Well, I'm kinda able to move everything, it just hurts. Actually, the pain has gone away quite a bit. Next Monday I see the chiropractor and get new rules on what I am and not allowed to do.
