Fyrin began to collect the weaponry. "Joe, any way you could... help or something?" he asked calmly, gathering handfuls in his arms. "In fact, could you have our friends collect the weapons and bring them to... hm. Perhaps I have a better idea." A bone burst from his wrist, Fyrin caught it, and he scratched a message into it.
I'd like to transport some weaponry, but I don't want to be passing it through to the Angels - it's of make foreign to me and I don't know what they'd do with it. I want to examine it later. Any way you can help me? He dropped the bone into his shadow.

Cabal weapons? Of course. I'd be disappointed if you didn't secure a few for us.
A loud noise of what was likely an Angelship warping above them resounded as if reality itself had just been punched in the proverbial face.

Joe also sent up a line that said that the vamps and werebeasts within were his prisoners, and were not to be killed.

The vampire began to quiver. "You called down Angels? You said you'd at least spare my men and I asked for a quick and clean death."

"We did not call down Angels, and they won't kill you if they have," Fyrin told them resolutely. It was remarkable they hadn't flattened him.
How do I get them to you? Same thing as the bones, right? I've never transported anything in bulk.

"Then," Joe said, standing, "I suggest that you run out the back door that I know this place has, and make for the hills." The fire all over his body went out as he stood. He looked down at the prisoners on the floor. "Well? Go!"

"That noise was an Angelship tearing a hole through the fabric of spacetime to cross from their Tier to this one," the officer replied dryly. "And if you think us being prisoners is going to stop them from killing everyone one of us, you're sadly mistaken." The vampire looked uncertainly at Joe. "I'll not reject your kindness, I suppose. My thanks." He rallied his men and grabbed an assault rifle with a bayonet from a nearby rack. "I'm sorry, but I have to cover my men. I expect to die in the next few minutes, but..." He smiled sadly. "I accepted the dangers when I accepted my promotion." He rushed forward, downing a blood capsule as he went, his men behind him.
Pretty much.

Joe hit the last one on the back as he went, then turned to Fyrin. "We need to delay the Angels long enough for the prisoners to get out. Come on." Joe lit up and went to the top of the stairs. He looked up at the Angels and waited for one to come down.

What about the prisoners? Can you teleport them out?
Fyrin started dumping weapons into shadows. They promptly disappeared.
I want some of these for the Coven. At least one of each, hopefully more.

A blast of light incinerated the hallway. Several angels with hammers and spears decended in the shaft of light that led to the surface. Fyrin finished dumping essentially the entire contents of the armory into his shadow as they arrived.

Fyrin gave something of a wave of greeting to them.
Help them get out.

They're out already.
Two angels entered the armory while one went to the control room. The spear-angel in the armory addressed Fyrin. "You already disposed of the heathen weaponry?"

"We've taken care of all of it, it's gone," Fyrin informed them. "What's next? Any more armories, I kind of enjoyed that."

"You should have the list already, demon," the angel replied curtly. They returned to the shaft of light and exited the building.

Paul wondered when the freak he was going to get to the bottom using his very frictiony ice gloves.
