What he meant was revive the guild. Defib's one of the tools that can bring back a person when his/her heart stops beating.

I think he meant defribulate, as in the equipment paramedics use to restart peoples' hearts.
Well, I can't access the internet at my college, so breaks are the only time I can come on.
