You know, I'm going to make one more post on this debate.
Typhon's arguement is basicly this:
Even if there is a .00000000000000000000000000000000000000000001% chance of the mouse winning against the wizard then that means that using the term never is false.
The above arguement is splitting hairs, as I earlier stated the entire arguement boils down to the fact that very few things are proved to be 100% true in all cases.
The fault in this arguement is that it is deceptive and fallicious for it's very nature. By the same logic we should say if you jump off a building you'll float up because gravity is not a physical law so there is always the random chance that you just may float upwards into the sky. Or that you may spontanously combust into flames.
Most people don't split hairs that finely though and the usual cut off point is of an order of 3-4 points after the decimal unless you're dealing with very small measurements, like nano seconds, which doesn't have a place in the arguement that happened here.
