The two walked through the tiny town, admiring the homey architecture that surrounded them. It must be nice, living here. Sammy then looked up the road a ways, seeing a road that led to her destination; Sandgem. She would leave in a few moments, when she and Squirt were done admiring everything.

Faia still upon Drew's shoulder jumped down when he saw that Drew had brought him out into a wide clearing. Drew smiled at Faia, it appeared that his new friend seemed conufsed. As the look upon his face could be seen as he turned back to face Drew. Faia scratched its head. "Okay buddy, we're going to do some practice. You know get you all big an strong how does that sound?" Faia looked thoughtful for a few seconds before finally replying. "Char! Char - Hell yeah!" It was almost as if the two perfectly understood each other, this was something not all trainers could acheive espeicially just starting out. Drew smiled and replied back. "I'm glad your so enthusiastic about this.

A swirling white and gold portal appeared in Twinleaf Town, in clear view of anyone who cared to look. It would seem that most of the commonfolk, the ones who lived in the small village and went about their day-to-day lives here, couldn't have cared less. The occassional trainer glanced toward it as a 20-something man with silver hair and clad in clothes of the same color scheme as the portal was launched from it at high speed.

Many were more intrigued when a lavender hued Gardevoir and Gallade were rocketed from it soon after, landing in a pile of white, gold and lavender.

As the three climbed to their feet, the man dusted himself off and gave off a flash of light as his body changed to reveal pure white wings on his head. A few beats of said wings and he flashed again, turning back to normal.

"That's a dirty trick, you know." the Gallade remarked as he dusted off himself and his partner's gown.

None of the three were aware of anyone watching them, yet.

The silver haired man nodded his head and looked to his Pokemon. "I'd be better if I hadn't just been footballed out of a rift in the space-time continuum." he remarked as the two Ralts evolutions finally straightened out and stood up, clasping hands as they did. "But I've seen much worse, so I'll live." he finished with a laugh.

"What!?" the Gardevoir requested, harshly. He wanted to know where Kaya figured that from.

"What?" the man replied quickly, though after a moment, the lost expression on his face faded. "Anyway, I apologize for interrupting anything, if I did." he said, a bit sheepishly. Introductions could wait for later, at the moment.

Before the silver haired man could reply, a pink Corbat zipped past him and circled his head multiple times. This resulted in complete confusion rather quickly. The Pokemon's speed had it out of range of the man's Pokemon as the Gardevoir sent Psychic after Psychic at it in an attempt to dislodge the bothersome bat from his trainer's head.

After a moment, the Gallade joined in sending psychic blades after it with Psycho Cut. The Pokemon seemed to dance around it, sending the blasted after it at higher and higher speed until he finally slammed his fists into the ground a rocks erupted around it, caging the thing in place.

The action surprised the Crobat and it dropped a Pokeball it had been carrying. The ball rolled across the ground to land at Drew's feet. Just as the Gardevoir sent a Thunderbolt to put the Poison type out of commission, a much slower, a very exhausted Zubat, caught up and flitted into the cage. The attack struck and fried the both of them, leaving two very crispy critters laying on the ground, twitching.

A Pokeball that had been carried by the Zubat rolled across the ground to land at Drew's feet alongside the other. Both had notes attached to them and they read the same.
