Ubel looked up in surprise when they were told that class was ending, before grinning sheepishly at Mathiaz. "Looks like class is done... free period, though. Would you, maybe, like to go hang out somewhere...? I mean, we don't have to, but..."

Stretching, Antigone smiled over at Torrid, waving to him. "Thanks for sparring with me!" she chirped out in a happy voice. Free time, huh? That sounded interesting. She'd been to two classes so far, but hadn't had any free time. Grinning, she looked around her at all the other students, wondering if she should socialize... But then, it seemed like she had missed a few classes, when she had a arrived, so maybe she should think about trying to make it up, so she could be even with her other classmates.

Aysel automatically began to drift toward Antigone, before being halted by Grave's question. She slowly turned, frowning in thought. What she had planned to do this free period was to go and ask for a bit of help, since she'd missed quite a few classes...but..."I suppose that could be interesting.." she agreed, nodding with a hesitant smile, "But..you must understand, I have no great physical prowess. I fear our match will be over rather quickly." And perhaps, she said to herself, then I'd still have some time to seek help...but if not, then there will be other opportunities later on.

Swiftly, Grave's gaze moved between Aysel and Antigone, and measured the angle and direction of her movement. Grave's lips quirked into a quick smile that he tried to supress. "Ah..." He said at length, once he felt he'd made his voice mild enough to not incur Aysel's wrath. "I see you have plans. I won't interrupt them. Perhaps another time...?" He asked politely. Grave would merely head to the Arena in hopes of finding another partner. Variety was a good thing to learn lessons from, he felt. He bowed to Aysel and took his leave, a smile still in place on his face.

"Plans?" Aysel asked in surprise, wondering how he knew of her desire to get a tutor this free period, not even registering the fact that he was laughing at her (which was a bit odd, as she was normally rather observant to those sorts of things). As he turned to leave, Aysel hurried forward to keep pace with him, hoping that Anti would understand why she hadn't gone over to her. "I have a bit of time, Grave. I needn't move on to the next thing, just yet. Please, if you don't mind...? I would rather like to improve at this, and you're more than a worthy opponent." At just about everything, it seems... she added silently, watching for Grave's response.

Grave paused by the door in surprise hearing Aysel's words from behind him. "Oh, I thought that you would be spending time with Antigone..." He glanced over to the Sangunie girl and let his eyes linger on her a moment or two. He turned back to Aysel. "I'd love it if you'd come practise with me."

Antigone, seeing Aysel turn to talk to Grave, moved her way over to her, slipping an arm around her waist and sending the boy a winning smile. "I'm glad to see you two getting along. Really, I am. It makes me very happy. Will you two be practicing together, then? I'm off to the Teacher's Lounge to catch up on the classes I've missed, but maybe I'll still have some free time afterwards. Maybe we could hang out?" She directed her last question at both Ayself and Grave.

Aysel's eyes narrowed as she saw where Grave's eyes had lingered, and opened her mouth to make a sharp comment to him about it...but then started as she felt an arm curl around her, tensing until she heard the familiar sound of Antigone's voice. Then, she could hardly keep herself from smiling adoringly at her, and leaning a bit closer. "Ah-I need to catch up on some classes as well, Anti...but yes, Grave and I are planning on going to practice for a bit first." Wait for me.... she silently begged, though she knew it was an irrational request. "Perhaps after we finish, I-we, rather- will catch up with you, and we can all study together~?" she suggested, glancing at Grave with a sheepish smile. "Not that you're obligated to, Grave. You've been to all the classes already, haven't you?"

Grave shrugged happily in response. "I've been to all the classes so far, but there are still plenty of Professors I haven't gotten a chance to meet. i certainly wouldn't mind heading to the Teacher's Lounge again." Grave looped his arm through Aysel's elbow and pressed the door open. "Shall we?" He nearly sing-songed, content and pleased that things were looking up, and getting more comfortable.

Antignone grinned, clearly pleased with this turn of events. "I'll see you two a little bit later, then. Have fun!" She leaned to kiss Aysel lovingly upon the lips, then sent Grave a wide, genuine smile. "Good bye for now, my dears." And with that she turned upon the heal of her boot, and strode away in the direction of the Teacher's Lounge.

Aysel was surprised when Grave linked arms with her, and gave a soft squeak that she quickly stifled, smiling sheepishly. Her cheeks coloured a bit in embaressment, though her response magnified tenfold when Anti was bold enough to kiss her- here, in class, where everybody could see. However, she could do no more than to kiss her back, and then to wave after her as she departed from them. She could find no words, it seemed, but she quickly looked to Grave, as if expecting to be teased, or laughed at, or a combination of the two.

Mat had been about to reply to Ubel when Orrys interrupted his train of thought. He glanced up, wishing class hadn't been over so soon ... he'd wanted to try this some more. But when he relaxed, a couple of muscles twinged in protest at all the activity thus far. Ow ... ok, maybe no more excersize right now.
Looking over to Ubel, he smiled and nodded. "Sure ... someplace we can sit down for a while maybe ... my room or yours?"

Grave had gotten lost downt he twining hallway. He had been looking in his satchel and not at the plaques next to the doors, and had walked a good five minutes past Bardane's Law Class. Finally he'd found the room though, and glad to find he was not yet late, he stepped into the room. He saw the room was well lit and full of rows upon rows of pews with angled desks attached to the back of the row before each seat. At the front of the class sat a handsome Three with long berry-wine hair pulled back into a braid and milky skin. He had several mauve spots placed irratically over his body, the most prominant one covered the man's left eye. He was bent over a huge and dusty tome on the desk, making annotations in smaller notebook spread open next to his inkhorn. Grave got the distinct feeling he should be quiet, and slipped into the room on tiptoe.

Yambati found the classroom soon after, fixing his glasses before entering. While he didn't walk in on tiptoe, his naturally quiet predisposition also kept him quiet. He took a seat a few desks away from Grave and took out his notebook and quill.
First class, and he felt as ready as could be.

Well used to the swing of things now, Kallisto had actually gotten up in time play with Cecil, eat a hearty breakfast and pack without worrying about being late. Striding down the hallway, she peered at the little map she'd drawn for herself and stopped infront of the door that supposedly led to Professor Bardane's room. Stepping tentatively into the room, the silence struck her like a slap. Blinking, she peered at the pews and was immediately under the impression that misbehaviour wouldn't be tolerated.
Spotting a lone head in seat, she made her way over, not wanting to be left alone to endure the silence. That bothered her more then anything. It always seemed to drain the energy from a place and subdue everything within. Shuffling into the row, she sat down next to Grave, watching the pale figure at the front of the class curiously.
