"I'm afraid not." he said. "There are many things that I could certainly describe you as but intimidating is not really one of them."
He paused not far from the other demon. "Lamentably, delicious is still one of them." he said.

[Room 16 => Room 20] 6/10
It was probably good that Serafina's trip was relatively uneventful other than the fact that she could no longer see, considering the fact she could no longer see. If she couldn't see and the trip was eventful, well, she would probably be having a whole lot more problems than just the issue of not necessarily being able to tell if she was really going the right way.
She was going to guess that less pain was the right idea, though, so Serafina would continue going in the direction she was going in and hope she didn't lose any more of her senses.
This couldn't possibly be as sensory depriving as those Kings stairs had been...

[Room 20 => Room 25 (EXIT)] 7/10
In all of her stumbling, Serafina managed to find her way to something that seemed to resemble a door when she approached it. She traced her hand around the edge, trying to confirm that it was what she thought it was. Was this the Exit? Had she found the Exit?
Perhaps now she could see again.
Serafina dropped her arm from the door frame, stepping through and hoping that her eyesight would start to come back now. Needless to say, she let out a sight of relief when she began to notice some light--what little light there really was, anyway--begin to peek out around her vision. Frankly, she never wanted to be blinded again. She liked her sight. It let her spy on people and learn things and all sorts of things she could only do with her eyes...
Maybe she would just wait here a little while before moving on...
