She had almost gotten the barricade back in place when the knock and frantic voice came. She starts moving things again. "J-just hang on, I'm moving the barricade." Looking over at Sweet Freak as she helped, her brow furrowed. "Hey um Sweets, you okay?" Once the door is open she peeks out then moves so X can get in. "Were you being chased?" Does her best to get the door closed so she can start getting the barricade back in place.
Subtle scrapes and bangs came from behind the door as though someone were moving a particularly heavy object or three. "They...must have baricaded..." She muttered to herself. For a moment she allowed herself a glance backwards and wished she had not. A small group of grunnies was advancing in an array of colours and for a moment she was transfixed. Never before had she seen so many odd variations of the grunny norm. Prunnies had been bad enough but this was bordering on ridiculous! The door opened just wide enough for her to slip in and she saw Freak standing there. "Freak! You're alright!" She exclaimed, throwing her arms around the other woman joyfully. "I'm so glad you're okay!"
At least one of her friends was alive and well. X supposed that was better than none.
She was addressed by the other woman in the room and she reluctantly released her friend before nodding. "There's a small group out there, they were behind me but I don't think they were close enough to get in when I did. Thank you for opening the door." She bowed slightly and studied both the other woman and a man that seemed to be standing near them. "I'm X. I don't know if we've met before. I apologize if we have!"
Xashowd placed the Shining Sphere on a nearby table, figuring Gypsy would pick it up later...if she'd heard him. She seemed so out of it, Xashowd started to worry. When the newcomer walked in, Xashowd's eyes widened. He'd thought he'd seen it all, but in came a woman who seemed to be made of the Night Sky itself! He smiled as he walked up to introduce himself. "It's a pleasure Miss X. I'm Xashowd, and I've never seen anyone like you before, so we've never met."

"Oh yes there, I'm just a bit tired still..." She thought it best not to let anyone know. Nothing good would come out of worrying them. Once the ever so radiant X came inside, she slipped out into the corridor, after a brief embrace. After the short moment of light in the Haven, the darkness was even more blinding to her than before. Just for a moment, she took the mask of, so that she may see at least a tiny bit more. She had to make it back to her room, and fast.

Batty continued to look and keep a.. sort of watch on the room as it sat on the purple figure's shoulder, never did catching his name (Sounded alil funny to me to say 'as it sat on Master's shoulder' .. lol felt more like Batty was a pet.. I lol'd) chu's quietly when the other in the small curl up seem to get better.
“Yay batty is happy chu being less pain yes.”
Sniffles the air as new figures come into the room, even if one smelt familiar than before. But it was comfy where it sat so it choose to not investigate. Besides it'll come to Batty before it knew it anyway, it thought with a chuckle.
"Oh Gyp Gyp chur up, how chu feeling?"
Since she had gone quiet for awhile batty just assumed she was asleep.
She smiled as the man addressed her and gave another little bow. "It's a pleasure Sir. Xashowd." At his comment of having never seen someone like her she chuckled and shrugged. "To be honest sir, I've never seen anyone like me either."
Her smile was rueful at best and she turned to see Freak, only to watch as the gold of her friend's garments vanished out the open door. "W-wait!" With panic in her eyes she looked at the man she'd just met and the others in the room. "She's gone! Wh...why would she leave?"
The elf gave Xashowd a halfhearted smile. "Daenes is definitely something. Sounds like Spice is running around too then. Oh um, Spice is a girl." Her head tilted at this. "A random guy? What did he look like?" She wondered if it was someone she knew. The elf then jerked at the next name he said, starting to tremble. "Stay away from Levi! J-just avoid her . . ." There was still a tremble going through her and she jumped when he changed not expecting it. "Kyu!" A hand went over her heart as she tried to calm her quickened pulse and listen to what he said. "A shining sphere . . . I might not be the right one to give this to. I-I can't do magic." She looked at it as it lit up and it seemed to calm her, sweet blessed light. "That's impressive, and pretty. If you want I can hang onto it, but sadly I can't activate it myself." Hearing Batty, she smiled and giggled having not realized it was perched on Master. "I-I'm okay. Are you comfy on Nefiriam? Oh, and Sweets maybe you should rest . . ." The elf had turned to where she thought the other female was and realized she wasn't there. "Sweets . . .? W-wait, where did she go?" Her eyes shot to the door not completely closed. "N-no Sweets, what are you doing?!" She made to open the door more, but sounds of approaching grunnies had her swearing under her breath and closing the door. Frantically trying to get the barricade back in place, she ws trembling again, this time in worry. "I-I think Sweets just went out there and there are grunnies . . ."

She tried to run, but her legs wouldn't carry her fast enough. She was so determined that she would not hear the calls for her. Passing door after door, seen only by the glimmering eyes of the false rabbits. But though they watched her, they payed little attention. "Am I no good to you any longer?" She asked them, without any hopes of an answer, of course. Even they have gived up on me...
Soon she stumbled upon the door to Chitter Chatter. Is this where Monster was...? No, I must keep going. It can't be far now. But try as she may, her body wouldn't move. So she stood there for a moment, listening. But she heard not a sound. Moving once more, as tears rolled down her cheeks, fighting all the bad thoughts away. "I must stay strong. I simply must. There is still too much to be lost..."

Giggles cheerfully while grooming it's fluff shakes it's head and turns on Master's shoulder to look in Gyp Gyp's direction.
"Yeppers yep! Batty sitting over here so so it can nappy while being in center. Feeling bad for Gyp Gyp having to get up all the time to get the door."
Blinks and flicks it's ears at the mention of a name,
"Who Who is that be being?"
Tilts it's head confused, putting it's attention to the door as the one that went by Freak went out before Batty could even say anything.
"Why she leaving?"

So Spice is the Kitten's name...Fitting. Xashowd thought to himself. Xashowd then described the man. "He was wearing black clothing and had slightly spiky black hair...I think. I do remember that he asked me about the West Wind, and said something about my being a 'Wind Child' throwing off his Charming locator." Xashowd was momentarily surprised when Gypsy said to stay away from Leviathan, but it wasn't completely unexpected. Most good people didn't like Demons, but Xashowd's curiosity wouldn't let him be swayed. If he got the chance, he'd have a chat with this Leviathan. Perhaps he'd get some answers, depending on the Demon's mood.
He listened to her response about the Shining Sphere, and smiled when she was calmed by it. "Well, I put it on the table over there. Maybe Lady Luck or Nefiriam can make use of it. They seem to know magic. I have a few others, one I'm keeping and Three I'll hand out to other survivors." Maybe even Daenes, though I doubt she'd accept it. Xashowd thought.
Xashowd then noted that Freak was gone. He hadn't noticed her slip out. Dammit! Last thing we need is someone getting bit out there. Xashowd thought as Gypsy put the barricade back in place. He didn't know if Freak knew any magic, be it defensive or offensive. And with those Grunnies right out there, having followed X, it would be too dangerous to open the door right now. "Is there a crack under the door? If there is, I could slip through in Mist Form, take care of the Grunnies, and see if Freak needs protection. Xashowd explained to Gypsy.
The star-skinned woman bit her lip and stared at the door as though willing Freak to return. Of course it wouldn't work and her shoulders slumped in sorrowful defeat. With how few friends she had, it hurt to think that she might have lost some in this mess.
"Th...there's nothing I can do..." she whispered, shuffling over to a wall and sliding down with her back against it and her knees drawn up to her chest. Her muscles throbbed from the running and she was sure the bottoms of her feet were dirty and possibly cut. More than ever she wished that there was more to her than just her skin...but there wasn't. X often wondered if she was simply a human with strange skin and ears or perhaps an elf. Either way she had no magic and no abilities that could assist her friend. For now all she could do was...wait.
Xashowd spoke up and she shook her head. "Unfortunately not. This room is pretty much impossible to get into or out of without opening that door."She thought for a moment and sighed. Could it possibly all be as hopeless as her mind was telling her it was?

Xashowd silently cursed to himself. "Not good. I put a Wind Marker in my new residence and in here, so I can warp in and out, but the Closet is about 5-6 turns from here. I'd have to make my way back here and then pick up her scent, and who knows how far she's gotten by now..." Xashowd then noticed X seemed unwell. Given that the girl had been hounded by Grunnies, it wasn't unusual that she'd be tired. Still... "Gypsy, can you quickly check Miss X over for any sign of Grunny Bites or injury?" Xashowd looked over at X with a warm smile. "I'd look you over myself, but given the gender differences I'm not sure how comfortable you'd be with that."
