((.////. Oops. Edited)) Her body throbbed with the pain of too much heat applied too fast to the frostbite that seemed to be all over her. Was she going to melt now? She would have been alarmed if she wasn't too exhausted to get worked up. She was relieved though, for the change in temperature. At least she could feel things now. She didn't like feeling as though the rest of her had disappeared and was paralysed. It was scary, not being able to move.
Her skin was tingling weirdly after a while and she winced and gave a soft moan, twitching a bit. It wasn't exactly pleasant combined with the cold sensations her brain was trying to make sense of at the same time. Sensory overload, that was it. She was confused in more ways than one. She watched vaguely as Finita's eyes looked down at her, looking up into them with a somewhat uncomprehending stare. They were pretty, that shade of green was so lovely. Two emerald moons floating above...
"Ss....sssleepy" she mumbled, when asked to speak, something telling her she needed to voice this concern. She was finding it hard to stay awake, her eyelashes fluttering against her cheek. "Mmm" She wrinkled her face up, unhappy at this odd leaden sleepiness that was trying to drag her down. But fighting it made her feel sick and dizzy...it was almost like it was pulling her against her will. "Hurtsss" she winced, forcing her tongue to move. She meant the pain in her chest, but she couldn't quite seem to vocalise that, trying to figure out why. Was half her brain asleep too?

((BTW, Finita has emerald eyes)) It wasn't long as Finita charged through the halls that she reached a specific place.
It was a laboratory that had already started building equipment designed to study the woman transformed in Project Mythos. They were all non invasive, basic things like specialized x-rays and the like.
Finita stepped in, and the scientists all looked up from their work. They immediately rushed into action when they saw the condition Helena was in; preparing a large tub full of cool, lukewarm water, and a shower head to keep the water flowing over her. they quickly rolled it over to Finita and Helena.
Helena knelt and gently settled the snake woman into the tub, keeping her carefully propped up so her head and her snakes stayed above the water. The water felt warm to Helena, and not blisteringly hot, thankfully.
Finita sat down and held up the shower head with one hand, while gently rubbing the water into Helena's skin with the other; hoping to encourage blood flow to bring more heat into her core. Hopefully this would speed up the recovery process quicker. As she started to heat up, the water in the tub would slowly start to heat up as well.

Magz peered through the window depicting the "lab". It looked like something set up for an "Under the Sea" event or something, but something was off. As she examined it more carefully, it looked like something had gone on inside once. The sand at the bottom looked like it'd been disturbed and there were places where the coral looked like pieces had been taken out and either placed somewhere else or completely removed. "So this one's been used already, has it? I'll assume you have a mermaid here already..."

"Well we did...." Said the scientist. "At least, up until she got killed by a manta ray that someone placed in her room."
Then the scientist's eyes widened. He put his hands to his head, almost looking like he was ready to pull out his medium length black hair.
"Oh my! If the snake woman was attacked, then perhaps the others were as well! Miss, you can either stay here or come with me. I need to make sure the other girls are all right!"

Lady Aryana of the Seelie

Sybil followed her mother and the others of her group. The day was beautiful, clear above the waters and the sea warm again. On a day like this the city would be alive with song and purpose. It had a purpose now, but the silence and heavy atmosphere was unusual. Incredibly sad. Yet, on every one of the searchers face was a sense of determination. They were eager to give their last respects to the race that had been their greatest friends. Sybil felt like the swim was an endless one. One part of her wanted to get this over with. The other didn't want to see the gently people dead. It made her perceptive of time warp and it was hard to keep track of accurately. Different search teams took watch as the group headed toward the isle as a whole. Sharks were always a bit of a threat in open waters, but this expedition went by with no such encounters. As the isle came in sight the teams split, looking closely for predators, or what was left of their friends. "I hope we'll find them before any creatures do." Sybil murmured. She imagined that was how they would find them. The sea didn't just leave such a bounty untouched. It made her belly quiver just thinking about it. Sybil stayed close to Rakia. It wasn't unheard of for newcomers like her to get tired from all the activity. Living here required almost constant movement. Some didn't have the stamina right away. "If you need to rest, just tell me. Alright?" she whispered to the Kitsune.

Lady Aryana of the Seelie I am okay for now. Said Rakia. Let's just... find them.
Looking about, the fox seemed to sniff/smell the water. Whether it helped or not, she seemed to be used to using her sense of smell. Glancing up at the waves above, and forward at the slow rose in the sea floor around the isle, she nodded to herself.
Without warning she short off in a random direction, swimming over coral and around seaweed. There must be a body nearby which she had detected...

Sybil felt something. The vibration in the water were wrong. They weren't the normal pattern. Sometimes you could tell a lot, simply by feeling the movement of the water. Everything made waves. You just had to learn what was what. Here it was oddly still. In face this entire area was oddly still. Where were the fish? The crabs? The dolphins? This place made her scales tingle. They were moving north of the isle now. She followed Rakia. It was not good to go off alone. Especially into seaweed. She pushed the strands away. The sight they came upon was a grim one. Rakia had found what they were looking for. Minos floated and lay among the coral and plants. There bodies still and lifeless. This was not all of them, but a good many. It various stated. Sybil swan up, laying her hand on the face of one of the sweet giants. She called out a note, alerting the rest. "How did you know?" she asked, without looking at her companion.((Hope it is fine.))

Lady Aryana of the Seelie I just... Knew. She said.
She herself had settled next to the body of the largest Minos; He had blonde fur and blue eyes, his face frozen into the expression of one trying to get one last desperate gasp for air. She looked like she was about to cry again, and she reached out and closed his eyes, before gently shifting his features to a peaceful expression. He was very large, larger then any other Minos Sybil had ever seen close up.
He was wearing very fine steel armor, similar to Rakia's own but much heavier. It was strong steel which had blue flourishes.
Rak had settled next to his head and was now gently stroking his mane...

Magz shook her head. "No... I'll stay here. If you need to, send someone else to check on me, but I doubt there's much danger here. This place is sacred, and protected..." She couldn't tell how she knew, but she did, and it called to her. The voice didn't match the scenery, though. She felt a timeless call that resounded with wisdom and experience and a power that seemed... almost opposed to what she saw there in that "room".

The others soon came, coming and gently taking many of the minos in their arms. Taking them above to there island home. They could not rest here. The Queen came to halt beside Rakia, pausing her directing of their job. She knew the Minotaur leader when she saw them. They had spoken on maybe occasions. Sybil herself help lift the others to the island, being as careful as she could, laying them on the beach. It was around that time That she found another of the males. His fur was black and he wore intricate bands around his wrist. Much like the one around Sybil's neck. It had been a gift. Sybil wanted to wail right there. She and him had been close and she couldn't bare to see this. Laria pulled her away and took him herself. Giving her a chance to get herself together again. She wasn't the only one that had to stop now and then.
((I'll leave the queen to you))

The scientist nodded.
"If that is what you wish, miss, then very well." He pulled what looked like a small earpiece out of his pocket and handed it to her.
"If you feel like you are in any danger, use this. It will connect you to either Finita or myself."
With a nod he turned and ran out of the room.Lady Aryana of the Seelie Rakia and the Queen looked at each other. They knew the look on each other's face-- they had both known him well.
The Siren turned fox slid her arms under the horns of the Minos, while the queen wrapped her arms around a hoof. With a note other sirens and mermen swarmed to their location, and it took more then a dozen of them to lift the late Minos king from his resting place in the reef.
Together the crowed of Sirens swam up to the beach, and slowly started dragging the body, as best they could, onto the sand. Once he was above the water level, the others dived back into the sea.
Rakia stayed on shore, looking upon the bodies as they were gathered. After a moment she took on a strange posture and her wet hair started to whip about, and the sirens helping move the large beings found that the currents were now aiding them, helping push the bodies toward shore...

Magz took the earpiece with a nod and set it in her ear. Then, without a word, turned and settled herself so that she sat facing the glass wall. She had always been fairly emphatic to the emotions and tendencies of others, but she hadn't expected to detect what she was listening to now. It whispered to her, as if a ghost right in front of her. It spoke of experiences full of meaning and strength. Of power and control. Of wisdom and reasoning. Of love and hate. Of life and death. And everything between.

(Alright.) Merlin gave them a confused look. Softly setting the kit down so it could join it's family it would seem that one of their little ones had gone missing. Missing in his tower of all things. That wasn't good, he had a lot of dangerous objects in his tower. Looking at the couple he gave them a serious nod. "Alright I shall check the rooms nearby and in the upper tower." he stated before rushing into one of the rooms. It was softly lit with candles, making the room dimly lit. In here he kept most of his spell scrolls. The shelves were always dusted, magically, and lined with various bottles of potions ranging from big to small. The room was clean, except for a desk that was covered in papers. Merlin spent many evenings writing magical scrolls and trying to come up with new spells. He secretly had been working on a project of spells that would simulate some of the special traits his friends had. Like shape-shifting, for example. Though they always seemed to fail and one could see his frustration with the small pile of crumpled up papers overflowing the garbage can. This room wasn't as dangerous and he doubted the kit's legs were strong enough to climb the giant stairs leading to the more dangerous rooms of the tower. Though it probably could descend if it was brave enough. He was filled with worry, the last thing Merlin wanted was to have one of their newborns die. He hoped the kit's parents were having better luck, heck by the time he stepped out of the room they might have found their lost one. Tracking something by it's scent was a wonderful thing. Merlin was almost jealous, if it wasn't for the fact that it would be a pain to have to deal with so many different scents. One's mind would overload greatly and probably cripple with all of the various scents thrown at it.

As he searched the room for the missing kit, he heard the subtle shiff sound of a great deal of parchment/paper falling off the desk.
A bunch of half-finished scrolls had fallen off and landed in a heap on the floor. The pile started to move, and put poked the little muzzle of the red fox kit, who Akane had referred to as Rakia. She half struggled to get out of the papers, when her eyes landed upon one that happened to be right infont of her nose. Her eyes, the color of emeralds, were flicking back and forth across the paper, as if the little kit was reading it...

Merlin stared at Rakia with some strange amusement. While the orange kit had potential, this little one seemed to be reading the scroll before it. Merlin knew which spell it was without giving it much thought. It was a simple fireball spell, though for beginners it was hard to read and took a lot of time and patience to learn it. Here the little kit was reading it like it was a news scroll. "Interesting...." he stated quietly, "...perhaps I was too hasty in my choosing?" Walking over he softly picked up Rakia and held her gently in his arms. "My my you are an intelligent one aren't you?" he smiled softly looking at the spell. "We should get you back to your mother and father though. It's not very good to just wander off like that." he chuckled carrying the kit out. "Akane! Aimi! I found your little one poking around in my scrolls." he said calling out to the kitsune, who appeared to still be sniffing around. "I believe, I might have found the child you want me to take under my wing." he mused happily.
