The woman took the letter and looked it over, then handed him a clipboard with some papers to fill out. He sat in a near by chair and looked over the papers. As he filled them out, he glaced up to the woman, who diverted her gaze as he looked to her.

"Oooh I knowsh", she said to Trinity, smiling brightly. She was glad to have gotten the girl's attention, finally - she was not so much worried about Ashitaka doing something to her.

She turned her gaze back to Ashitaka, making a short, but complicated hand gesture to herself. It hat no effect or meaning that other around her could detect.

Effla tuner her long, pointed ears away from Heero as she turned to watch him. She pointed at about where her ears where on her skull, smiling in discomfort.

"I listens as much as I only heard, I not trying", she said, fingering the tip of her ear as she continued; "And he be wanting trouble, not Ish."

Effla blinked, her ears twitching as she watched Ashitaka. Her hand was reaching for the staff on her back, but she tropped it on her side soon. She stared at Ashitaka blankly for a moment before she had something to say.

"Ooh, shir musht see I be here for no trouble. He sheesh not though that we in a sschool of magesh and fightersh and stuffsh", she said, tilting her head. "If yush for toublesh shir, or taking over bodiesh shir, I think yoush shouldsh run there."

She pointed away from the gates, without a hint of sarcasm in her voice or expression. She was sincerely puzzled with why Ashitaka stayed there if he claimed to be someone buying time to take over a body.

"Shir musht shee woodsh better to hide and stuffsh, if he want get a body in peashe".

Effla folded her arms as she watched Heero go. She was a bit upset with how this all somethow seemed to have begun from her, but decited to not to complain. It wasn't like humans weren't strange to begn with, and didn't get upset for odd reasons.. Better let the swordsman handle this, she though, he propably knows more about aaall that human oddness.

She casually started to open a braid in her hair that she had made some moments before, doing another wierd hand expression as she finished. She drew something in the air with her index finger, again without any visible effects.

"Family conflict... did you two ever bond when you were alive?" Heero was trying to piss Ashitaka's father off now. "Sir... I think you need a hug." Heero was obviously not taking the fight seriously but he still stayed on point. "Ok, here's the deal girl..." Heero was talking to the girl now. "... you're going to go get his sword right now, why, because if you don't... I'm going to have to fight this guy and I really don't feel like doing that right about now, oh and, because he's going to try and kill everybody... can't forget about that now can we." 'Twenty!' Heero managed to spin around Trinity and get between her and Ashitaka, but now Ashitaka's sword was at Heero's neck and Heero's swords were at Ashitaka's. "Oh and you're capible of figuring out where his room is right, good."

Effla blinked at Heero, still remaining to where she stood. She had a confused expression on her face as she rubbed her cheek.

"Shir, shword? Hish room?" She asked, her eyes widening as she figured the meaning of Heero's words in her brain. "I donts know where room and shword be, for Mieli's shakesh~!"
